Fast food used to mean it was fast and affordable. We were the only people in the drive-thru and were told to pull forward because they were waiting for the fries. After about 15 minutes of waiting we received our food. $40 for 3 single cheeseburger meals with waters. The fries were not even hot. Recently ordered Sonic for our family of four and was a bit shocked by the price - this isn't a negative critique, because prices are obviously up everywhere. None of our food felt like the quality I remember from Sonic. Everything felt like it was either frozen or slapped together. Our entire family also suffered from some stomach discomfort after our meal here. I'll continue to go for drink happy hour, but I think I'll be passing on any food for good. I do want to call out that the staff at this Sonic is so friendly and helpful! They deserve 5 stars! read more

Where do I start on this Sonic. The tater tots were so fresh and tasty. The burger was burgering and the fries were just alright. The drive thru did take a little long but we also went during a busy hour so... yeah. The staff was very quick and to the point no messing around or asking stupid questions. read more

I ordered a sugar cookie dr.pepper, I had received a dirty dr.pepper. I am allergic to coconu. I called them after I got out of er. I was having difficulty breathing so I had to go bad reaction. Was extremely bitchy and rude when I told them I had an allergic reaction to there mess up. the person on phone said it's a simple mistake when that can cause peoples life. took no sympathy at all. Got disappointed at Sonic this week. Ordered four large tater-tots and drinks at lunchtime at the drive-thru speaker. Delivered the tots and everyone tasted two tots and threw all the rest away. They tasted old, musty, and soggy. We determined that they had been fried in old cooking oil that needed to be changed last week. I've worked fast food years ago and know that taste. Shame - shame. First time trying the app. Worked well. Got 1/2 price drinks for using app. Tried the new foot long philly, and onion rings. App easy to use. Pulled into bay and entered my number food came out fast. The app was not working correctly saying they were out of several drink items. We pulled in to order from a stall (paying full price). We waited 25 minutes, all while watching cars pull in, order, get food and leave. I walked inside to find out about my 5 drinks only to be told they had no idea. They found the order and had it marked served but no one made the drinks. I just cancelled the order at the point. No apology, no offer to make them, nothing! Such a great staff!! From the manager down to the hourly employees. All of them are so kind and friendly. I go every morning and get my food and drink. I try and never miss. The food is good too by the way. But I enjoy the staff and conversation. Tywane and another young man work the day shift and make my experience such a memorable one. Thanks for that!! read more

I have never had a bad experience at any Sonic... Ever! Until tonight. My husband and I arrived around 9 pm. They were out of tater tots (how does that even happen!?) He ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and I ordered a hot dog with onion rings. It took us THIRTY MINUTES to get through a drive through that had THREE CARS in it!!!! We had to pull forward to wait. In order to make things right for us having to wait 30 minutes, they gave us a token for a free small lemonade. Yay. So we got the food....... No ketchup. Had to knock on the window to get some of that. My onion rings were burnt and dried out. Inedible! My husband's fries were cold and soggy. I was so disappointed. Next time I am passing through Winchester, I will never eat sonic. Epic fail. read more

This Sonic was a lot worse than one of the previous ones I've been to. My popcorn chicken had a French Frie, and some other type of chicken nugget. I went through Sonic tonight after avoiding the place for a year. One year ago this date I had finally had enough of them messing up my orsders, giving me drinks that tasted like carbonated water only etc. My order tonight $12.38. They left off the bacon I requested. When I called to complain the mgr accused me of yelling at her. I was talking a little loud as I was on my cell phone and when I tried to explain she continued to talk over me and interrupt me.
