Ordered delivery. Two sandwiches left out called store and girl snobbishly said they don't make those that they are seasonal. It was the thanksgiving turkey sandwiches. Today is the 7th of November...?? I asked for refund. Nope they can't do that. I asked them to resend two different sandwiches. Nope they can't do that (other places do). We weren't told they didn't have these they just didn't bother to send them. I asked if could get credit and pick them up day after tomorrow. Nope. They "don't have the technology". I said,"you don't have a pen and paper??" I asked to speak to manager. She said they will say same thing. I asked again. The coward manager refused to get on phone. Love the firefighters but this manager and employee are both extremely rude and possibly uneducated. Been restaurant business 35 years and customer service should be number 1 or at least don't steal $30 from the guests. They stole $30!!! Never never seen anything so stupid. read more
