It's also had super hard beans in there. Also ordered chicken burrito and chicken tasted like cardboard. Chicken quesadilla tasted very disgusting, cheese was not melted and chicken tasted like cardboard. My nacho fries where cold and soggy. A lot food had to be thrown away. Not a bad restaurant, used to work there and everyone was kind. The food quality isn't actually as bad as other reviews make it seem. Almost all the managers there closely monitor food quality and such. They play music out in the lobby (which isn't uncommon in fast food restaurants or restaurants period). I enjoyed working there minus a few experiences and in a general sense you won't really have to worry about bad food or bad service. During rush hours they will get your food out in a relative good amount of time, drive thru or lobby. When my husband and sons came up to the register the workers in the back looked at my family and said something amongst each other. One of the workers turned around and said "I'm not going to say that". They continued to look and talk amongst themselves. If I had known I would've walked out, that was disrespectful to me when we haven't even done anything. The one taking our order was courteous and respectful and brought our food to our table and we appreciated that. They even had a Christmas tree in the middle of the restaurant. The place looked great. It was obviously decorated with great care and effort. 20 minutes ago, we went through drive through, ordered 7 items. As they hand the bags to my wife (driver) I yipe 'wait'. One of the bags they handed us was dripping beans, cheese, and grease off the bottom of the bag. My wife couldn't see it from her angle. It hadn't leaked through, they had set it in food. I'm glad we didn't set it down in our car. Instead of changing out the bag the cashier simply handed us a few napkins to 'put under it'. At speaker, we told her which 3 items were missing and they confirmed by repeating it back. They said 'pull through to second window'. People two cars in front of us seemed to have a serious problem with their order so it took forever. We finally got to the front and they asked what we needed again, and they hadn't started making any of it. Manager comes up behind cashier, asks her what happens, and simply walks away. Minutes later she hands us another bag after they make the missing items and my wife starts to pull away. I ask her to stop... I wanted to check the bag before we leave. I'm glad we didn't pull out. An item was still missing from the bag. By the way, there wasn't even an apology from the cashier or manager (not even eye contact) when we pulled back through, nor when they still didn't complete the order. The no cheese burrito had no cheese. The fresco burrito had no fresco. All of the power burrito toppings were piled in one end. The churros were dumped out of the bag all over the burritos.
