My cousin tells him she wants 2 chocolate chip cookies, I want one chocolate chip and one double chocolate chip. He gets my cousin's order wrong then says "That's what I fucking asked you" Excuse me! Then proceeds to say how he's "not in the mood". A "manager", who had been sitting in the vicinity the whole time, walks over ( and I use the term "manager" VERY LOOSELY ) claims it's his "last day" and we can just go without a refund. They even threatened to call the SHERRIFF! Haha! What a joke! I WISH I could've recorded but it happened too fast and I almost completely snapped!
