Best sandwiches, hospitality, and service. I miss the old location and the brunch buffet. The owners are wonderful people.

Even though it sits right off I-80 in Grand Island, NE, the race-car theme inside gives it a fun, lively vibe, and the place itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very organized. We were promptly greeted by Ms. Heather, the hostess, who was polite, cheerful, and welcomed us with a sweet smile before leading us to a booth in Ms. Hailey's section. Ms. Hailey was bubbly, friendly, and incredibly efficient--no movement wasted. She took our drink and food orders and even repeated everything back to make sure it was perfect. My sister ordered the All-American Cheeseburger with bacon on a buttered, grilled brioche bun with lettuce, red onion, tomato, and dill pickles, plus a side of seasoned fries ($14.50). The fries were crispy, well-seasoned, and very tasty. I went with the Farmhouse Burger topped with melted American cheese and a fried egg ($18.00). The flavors were spot on and the egg was cooked perfectly, though the beef patty was just a bit dry. We also shared the Wings Snack ($8.50) and an order of Onion Rings ($5.50). The wings were cooked perfectly and full of flavor, though they were a little heavy on the BBQ sauce. The onion rings, however, were outstanding--super crispy, well-seasoned, and honestly the best onion rings I've ever had. Overall, this restaurant was a great experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very professional. If I ever find myself back in Nebraska, I will definitely be stopping here again.

We would eat here for lunch when they were at their original location out by the mall. Was in G.I…read more for a visit and thought we would try the new location. When first walking into the place, which by the way is attached to the hotel, there was an off smell. We should have turned around and left at that point, but decided to stay and give them a try. It took quite a while for our server to come over, even though they weren't busy. He spoke broken English, so it was a bit difficult to communicate. We placed our orders and they brought rolls out with oil, the rolls were good, although not warm as the menu stated. We then received our salads that had an Italian dressing on it, but it was red and did not taste like Italian whatsoever. None of us finished our salads. My eggplant was not crispy as eggplant usually is, and the sauce was not very tasty. I always take leftovers home with me, but this time I didn't even bother. The gal at the front desk greeting people just sat on her phone, the whole time playing with her hair. After our visit, we spoke to family that's local about our experience, and they all said they've heard the same from other people. Needless to say we won't be going back. Sad this place went downhill after the move.

This is nice to have both depending what your celebrating. The food was decent. I ordered the sirloin medium rare and it turned out to be more on the rare side. I would rather have it this way than overcooked. The potatoes were a little cold when they came out but our server kindly warmed them up when we asked. The sides we tried were all amazing! The baked mac n cheese bites were yummy and the sauce was a great add to it! Our service and server was excellent. She was attentive and all the staff there were super friendly!

When we arrived, it wasn't busy at all, yet we stood there long enough to wonder if we were supposed to seat ourselves or pass some kind of secret test. Once seated, it took about 20 minutes for our order to be taken, even though guests who arrived after us were already eating. Then came the main event: the wait. And the wait. And... still waiting. Nearly an hour later, our food finally arrived, and sadly, it didn't quite live up to the suspense. Mediocre at best. It's truly unfortunate because the restaurant itself has a great vibe, but the overall experience left us disappointed. Sadly, we won't be back though we did leave with plenty of time to admire the décor.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and lively, but what really made our visit stand out was our server, Victoria. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. I ordered the herb-crusted chicken with rice, a side salad topped with sautéed onions and mushrooms, along with a house frozen margarita and the $5 Long Island Iced Teas -- everything was flavorful and cooked just right. My wife ordered the catfish with a loaded baked potato and a side salad. While she wasn't completely satisfied with the catfish, Victoria handled it immediately and professionally, making sure my wife was able to get something she enjoyed instead without any hassle. On top of that, the free dinner rolls were absolutely amazing, and combined with the generous portion sizes, we were so full that we had to take most of our meals to go! Overall, this was an incredible first experience at Texas Roadhouse. The food, service, and hospitality were all top-notch. We will definitely be dining here again anytime we're in Grand Island. Hopefully, other locations across the U.S. deliver the same great experience! Highly recommend!

The atmosphere was loud, excited. Probably not a place for a romantic dinner. Though the coulple sitting next to me at the bar didn't seemed phazed by all of it. Preferrencs, i'd say. It's a steakhouse and i was looking for something light. I ordered salmon and asked that they cook it medium. And i only wanted one side, a salad, Caesar. The salad was drenched in dressing. I should have asked for dressing on the side. WAAAAY too much. The dressing was flavorful, just 3 times too much for my taste. The salmon was cooked well, dry. I used some of the Caesar dressing to moisten the salmon. Everyone else was eating huge cuts of beef. I like beef AND not late at night. If you want a large piece of beef, this might be the place to go.
