Don't know what I was thinking even bothering you should have went to McDonald's or Wendy's or Taco…read moreBell or anywhere else! Well first off I tried to pre-order what my kids wanted so I wouldn't have to deal with dragging them along blah blah blah things like that it would barely let me get past the location as to where I wanted it picked up after I put the first sub on it would redirect me back I'm saying oops something's a miss here at this location not available right now. Okay so I pick a different location that's nearby because the two or three closest subways we're about to close in a half an hour figured I'll get it in just go pick it up it'll be ready yeah right! Again put it in the first sub for different location redirects me St oops can't do it on this one here either so I pretty much just gave up on kind of pre-ordered my s*** by this point I've only got maybe 15-20 minutes before they close but it only takes me maybe five to get there! So I rushed down the road thinking that you know it's close but should be good no problem I go to up to the counter all they were doing was bitching and whining and complaining about everything a man came in almost a minute behind me she asked him if we were together he said no she said well this is my last customer I'm not taking any more for the evening that was a good 10 minutes before they were even supposed to be closed and denied him service and then continued to let me stand there and not addressing me as to what subs I would want. Of course the whole reason I went there was because my son wanted a meatball sub nope they pulled the meatball pan at 8pm ooooook wow how hour before closing time uuuummmm well can I just get a pizza sub she just stairs at me, I'm like u know pizza sauce pepperoni cheese toasted.... She looks at the other lady as she's stirring what looks like meatballs in marinara sauce and goes can we do that the sauce is still a little warm. I just stair blinking at them like wtf. Last goes uhhh no I told you the meat balls were put away in the cooler for the night. Ahhh alrighty then so no pizza subs or pepperoni the 2 most kids friendly subs they have cool that's awesome. So I just went with a plain nothing on it spicy Italian just pepperoni salami and provolone cheese not toasted so I can take it home and at least try and make it into something he actually wanted to eat not that it was very much since they only put maybe six slices of each on the sandwich it was pathetic on top of charging me for an actual spicy Italian when it was not really anything massage no nothing just nothing almost $7 for that sub f****** seriously should have at least added an extra meat for the hassle!! And then my daughter is one of the rotisserie chicken toasted with provolone lettuce tomato on both of them one of them wanted bacon and all of that had to repeat myself multiple times as to who what when where of what kind of chicken I wanted and needed. I got 2 of each cookie plus 1 extra white chocolate macadamia cookie because thier was only 3 left off that kind. So I go just throw that last white Mac nut in too so it don't go to waste and get tossed out. You'd think she'd give me a deal or bulk price for the 9 cookies I ended up getting or at least that last one for free since it looked sad dry and pathetic anyway and about to be thrown out.....oh hell no!! Absolutely zero customer service, any good that is, and fucking changed me each cookie separately which totaled $8.01 just got 9 cookies. When they have a cookies by the dozen on their menu on their website 12 for 7.99 so the bitch ripped me off on top of all the hassle and no brain service that I had to pay a total of $35.56 soooo pissed and will never go back there to the one in Wooster Ohio on market st!!

You are better off with Jimmy John's at the prices that Subway charges. You will also get far…read morebetter food and far better service. Don't order here unless you know exactly what you want. Don't go around lunchtime during the weekday, if you get the manager she does not listen to exactly what you say (I referenced the Fritos enchilada flat bread twice before ordering, I was given it on a sub bun that I did not request.) and then she will deny that you said it different when you call back to complain. In short the food is overpriced (almost $8 for a foot long), the portions are too small, and you can do a lot better if you're looking at this review.

We had a great dining experience! Eddie was wonderful- thank you! He was quick to answer questions,…read moreresolve concerns, and was witty with our sarcastic comments (we were really craving those Brussels sprouts!) Great atmosphere. Calm, nicely lit steakhouse. Not too crowded or loud. Pork chop was perfectly cooked and seasoned- tasted great. Salmon with quinoa and butternut squash was incredible! And the blondie!! Great little end to our dinner to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday. Overall, great experience and night out. And thank you again to Eddie for adding to our experience!

We arrived 1530, as they open at 1500 believe we were the only people in the house besides staff. Blake was our server. Must say that he did a terrific job taking care of us. There was a couple moments where it seemed like the bar service was holding him back, but we did not down check him for that. We decided on cocktails, a pickletini for me and mom ordered a tropical paradise. We also ordered an appetizer of spinach, artichoke dip at the same time. Blake brought our appetizer and apologized that our bar order was not ready yet. In fact, we were over halfway through our appetizer before our drinks arrived. Not Blake's fault, but the bartender was not doing him any favors. For our main course, mom decided on soup and salad, their seafood bisque and bistro salad. My wife decided on the lemon chicken with a Caesar salad while I decided on the petite filet Oscar style with loaded mashed potatoes. I ordered a glass of Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon to go with my steak. It took a while for our dinner to come out of the kitchen, that said it was well presented and perfectly cooked! My steak was a perfect medium rare and I was happy that there was asparagus with my Oscar Style! My wife really enjoyed her lemon chicken and sautéed vegetables. I tried bites of both and they were absolutely delicious! My mom raved about all of the seafood in the bisque. She also ate all of the salad which surprise us. We are happy to set in the far dining room at a four top. We really enjoyed the paintings on the wall as well as the staged photograph of The Restaurant. Must say that this was our best dining experience at this restaurant! Blake was a good part of it, but the food was as well. Keep up the great work!
