It is appointment only with deposit which means they only take clients who are reliable and that care. The shop is safe when it comes to leaving the door locked and they will only open it when you let them know you have arrived. Got a piercing done in Feb but noticed it was crooked when I got home, emailed my piecer Noah, and we immediately made an appointment to get it removed. We waited two weeks and I came back in March- got it re-pierced for free, no issue. That is exactly how you'd want a place to fix the situation. The place is also very clean and organized and taken care of in a professional manner- at least as far as i have observed.
