They send me a text the day before to remind me to leave my cans out because they come as late as 9pm. This text is such a helpful reminder. They then come when they can and when the bins are empty. Once they are done, they leave the cans lids off to dry and then send a text. It is important to wait for the text because if you think they've been done - your neighbor gets clean bins instead. (I learned my lesson and have never brought them in early again) It is such a great service and the gentlemen that come by are beyond friendly.
