Suds in Corbin, KY. This has happened to me twice, I have a monthly plan, and use it often. I used it a few times this month, and when I went to get a wash, it said my card was declined. The rep said as much, and asked if i would like to renew the membership today. I checked my credit card statement. The payment for April went through on the second. This happened on the 21st. I showed him where the payment was not declined for this month, but still argued that it was declined. I am paid up until the next billing date of May 2nd. Again, this has happened to me twice. the first time, I fell for it and paid for a wash, when I shouldn't have had to. This car wash is bad on every level. The staff is rude, it does not get your vehicle clean, the vacuum system is a joke, and when you try to speak with them, they simple do not care. The last time I was there, I went through the car wash 3 times. the back of my vehicle and the lower half on both sides was not touched at all. (I drive a Ford Explorer). It's not worth the expense, so I canceled today. I have left several messages about a scratch down the side of my vehicle, caused by the car wash and the attendant admitted that 3 other vehicles had been damaged that day, but the policy is, they are not responsible for damages. read more

I honestly wouldn't have left 1 start, but I had to in order to leave a review. Suds Carwash deserves 0 stars. If you care about your car, please avoid this car wash!!! My vehicle was damaged when metal caused several large scratches in the back glass of my vehicle. Suds denies it was their car wash because "they use foam", but the damage was not present immediately prior to entering the car wash and was there immediately after leaving the carwash. Never ever sign up for their unlimited wash plans or use a credit/debit here. They do not explain their ridiculous process of adding you back on a plan anytime you use your card there in the future! I was signed up again without my knowledge, and when I called to ask to be refunded I was disrespected and talked to like a child by the manager Jennifer! Not a way to do business, by forcing people into buying things they do not want. Also the $25 carwash isn't worth $5! I'm warning you, wash your car anywhere but here!!!! I was in your Corbin Ky car wash at approx 9:05 am on Sunday the 6th. I was car number 880, I paid for the wax and wheels deal. While sitting in line your carwash broke down twice and as I sat there and read the sign of all the things you are not responsible for I was thinking maybe I should pass on this wash. But there was no way out at that point.  So I continued in as instructed by the attendant, while inside the carwash it shutdown twice more. My car incurred damage to the bottom of the passenger-side mirror housing and the light it holds inside there. I believe if your carwash had not stopped while I was inside it would not have caused this damage. Is there any way to have your company cover the cost of the repair or part. Also, is there any way to allow someone to change their mind on the carwash at the point of entry into the inside of the carwash? thank you. read more

We've had issues and good things out of this place. 2019 they charged our card for a monthly membership then proceeded to tell us twice it wasn't valid after they already took the money from our bank- whatever we got the bank to refund after the manager refused to speak to us. However we have a monthly plan with another car that has never had any problems. The only issue with the actual wash I ever have is that sometimes it doesn't clean completely and leaves soap on the bottom. Not a big deal in general but it's a cheap wash and you get what you pay for . read more

not worth it, I pay for the monthly membership that keeps getting more expensive and the car and wheels never look clean.

You need to dry the card like before. Just went through and got home dirt everywhere on my Jeep. The upgrades didn't help any.

Best car wash round here take my car here every time it needs clean they have different car wash selections the cheapest won't get your car very clean and my car has never been damaged in this car wash only thing that has happened is the mirror fold to the window but they push back out very satisfied with this car wash read more
