I have emailed the corporate office 2x to fix this. No response. I have been dealing with this since April. It is now Sept and I am $250 into a membership for a car wash with zero locations in my state. I called the only number they give, which is not for the location I did business at. She was rude and refused to help. Like, why would I cancel one and not the other when moving out of state? This is a mistake THEY made. The kid working told me both accounts were cancelled. So now I guess I am just out $250 and counting? That is not acceptable. In reading reviews, I can clearly see I am not the only person this is happening to. I would NOT recommend this shady business to anyone.

They do both exterior and interior (at an added cost) cleaning. They also have free vacuum stations with included re-used microfiber towels, combo interior/exterior detail spray, air hose to top off your tire pressure, free windshield washer fluid, and a 'tornado' style air gun to help loosen carpet dust while you vacuum. I would be careful about using the laundered - but re-used microfibers on your car paint since I've seen others use them to clean their wheels! All that brake dust and road debris would definitely not all washed out in a washer after use - and would not be good for your paint. I'm sure though that people go through the automated wash for convenience and not to keep their car 100% scratch free anyways. The towels are definitely cycled through a lot, because the 'fresh' ones that are brought out to refill the detailing station are all still slightly damp.
