This is the cleanest laundromat I've ever used. I only saw one machine out of order. New owner as of Dec 2018 who said he was updating the place and cleaning it up as quickly as possible. Nice small tables and chairs available and nice large TV. I'll come back. read more

Clean!!! And the owner was on site, made sure things were moving. We had a total of 10 loads and we were out within two hours.

Who wants to use home washer for giant throw rugs and a queen comforter? I sought out nearest laundromat. Suds was closest. Yelp Reviews made me wary. Went at 6:00pm and only 2 others there. Of the 4 largest machines, 2 at back empty. Suds is in strip mall with Harbor Freight at one end and Sud at the other. Suds is at the back side and cannot be seen from West Bell Rd. Parking is available both front and back of building with large doors that rolling carts fit through and can be taken to your car to load heavy laundry. Greg was Sud's Help Person and couldn't have been nicer. He explained sizes of equipment and where located. He showed me Change Machine and asked what denomination bill I'd be using so he could make paper $ change and then I'd go to Coin Exchange. The biggest machine is $5.00. I needed two machines. As I was getting the quarters, Greg offered a baggie for the change. (I'd not thought HOW I'd carry all those quarters!!! Suds is VERY clean. There are chairs, magazines, small tables and a TV up front. Ventilation is excellent with open doors front and back. Washers are in excellent condition and really clean! Greg came back to check if everything was going well for me. As my load finished, the after-dinner crowd arrived and it got a bit more busy. Will I come back? You bet!! Would definitely recommend! You dont need quarters they us an electronic system. The lady there was very helpful and nice. We took our comforters to be washed and we were able to pit then in one of their mega washers and it was $10 for all 4. Great price and they came out clean and smelling great. Very clean facility. I live on the road. Once a week I do laundry. I try to find one with good reviews even if it's a longer ride. A half hour and I was pleasantly surprised. A card system to pay keeps from dropping quarters. New machines and all were in service. The employee came in and stayed busy cleaning the whole time I was there. I highly recommend this one. We have been very happy with the facility and especially Parker up front who has been nothing but friendly and exceptionally helpful! Me and my family went in today, wash all of our clothes because our washing machine broke down, very reliable, and very helpful. We where able to use cash, card, and even EBT just to pay for a advance washing machine. I liked my visit and everyone there is very friendly and helpful, especially the staff. I chose this laundromat due to the good reviews posted. And the reviews were accurate! This place is clean - all machines are in working order - and the attendant was very helpful and friendly. It was great to see they use "cards" that you can get there and reload when needed. Definitely easier than digging for those quarters! I do not need a laundromat often, but will defintely use this place when one is needed. It is nice to have a clean place to do laundry and to feel safe at the same time. CP read more

Ok this is a nice clean laundromat but to charge $2.00 to dry clothes for 30mins is robbery and I'm never coming back people are finding ways every day hiking prices on everything from food to laundry its a darn shame this year the pandemic has shown it's ok to hike prices on everything living food etc read more

My first time using a laundromat as my comforter is too big for a regular house washer.. I came here because of the amazing reviews and wow are they accurate. Tammi is the sweetest lady ever! They have a promo right now that when you put $20 on the washer card you get $3.. I was also told they are in the works of doing a few other promotions during the summer time and should be starting up soon. This place is one of the cleanest establishments I've ever been in. The upgraded washer and dryers they put in last year also are amazing. It's all cashless too so you don't have to worry about pulling cash out to use ! They offer a drop off service as well. Well, my good friend from Boston arrives tomorrow for the long wknd. I just got back from a wk and 1/2 vacay and scrambled to find a laundry mat to do an emergency load of bedding for my guest. Apparently, everyone in Surprise has an industry size W/D for bed linen b/c there are very few laundry mats near me. So off I go, after work to the launderia. I've spent more than my fair share of time at laundry mats and until tonight, I have never seen so many rules posted: "No blankets, comforters, or sheets" read one sign on the washers that were a size up from the regular washers. "Don't you dare think about throwing your rubber backed rugs in any of the washers" was another. My personal favorite read "Check all machines before use. Mgmt not responsible for damage caused b/c you were too lazy to check for a pen in the dryer." Ok, so maybe I exaggerated a bit but seriously, this place could give the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld a run for its money. After ensuring I didn't anger the laundrymat gods, I safely departed with my fresh smelling linens. Would I return? You bet. It was as clean as any public laundry facility can be, they had at least 4 sizes of washers to choose from, prices were reasonable and they had a gleaming white arcade system with Galaga. Nice throwback to the Atari days. However, I'd stay away from the 25 cent vending machines. The mixed nuts look like they been in there since Atari premiered.... read more

Maggie is amazing!! So incredibly helpful! I had to wash a very large comforter in a commercial machine and she was unbelievably helpful and pleasant to boot. She showed me which machine to use and I bought the laundry pods and the bounce from her. It cost me less than $10 to wash it myself vs $45 to leave it and pick it up later. I will always go here when I need this kind of service. She is every bit as pleasant as an owner would be. If she is not the owner she deserves a raise! read more

I was mortified when I saw the person who's running the front counter smoking right in front of the entrance and surrounded by three little kids ranging from 2 years old to 5 years old. I was disgusted by the fact that she would subject her children to that poison, but was more upset by the fact that I had to walk past her with my own children to get inside. If not for necessity and lack of laundry facilities I would have gone elsewhere. I will never come back to this place again. I hope the laundry owner reads this and retrains their employer. And I hope she reads this and had second thoughts about the choices she is making and the danger she is subjecting her kids to and her customers kids to. read more

I've been using Suds for a couple of years now and have always thought it was a great place to do my laundry. It has always been clean and the staff has always been great. Today I did my laundry there for the first time since the remodel and the new machines make things so much easier and faster! The new pay card system is fantastic! My clothes came out very clean and dry and I love the fact that there are 4 different size washers. The best part though was the attendant named Maria! She was so helpful to all of the patrons, very friendly, and helped carry my laundry to my truck when I was leaving. I will never go anywhere else to do my laundry :) I highly recommend this place! read more

I've been going to Suds to wash my king comforter for months now. I try to go early in the morning during the week so it's never too busy. The place is reasonably clean and the attendant is helpful. The machines have always worked well to clean my comforter. Prices are reasonable. I wish they had more of the larger washers because there are only two that can fit my comforter.
