After my daughter's incontinent chi decided to relieve himself on our comforter, I jumped online to find a nearby laundromat - I've never had to use one around here before! Suds (kee-yoot name!!) was the only one in Yelp that was within a sane driving distance, so I packed up my younger two (5 & 7) and headed over. 1. Clean!!! omg, I remember using laundromats back in the day and they were disgusting. This one was clean and the machines are well-kept. 2. Lots of machines! We had a really big comforter to wash. With some places, there is a wait. Not this place - lots of big machines available on a Saturday afternoon, and lots of other size machine ready to roll! 3. Change-maker was stocked. Believe me, there were enough people to exhaust it, but that thing kept spitting coinage out. Good deal! 4. Supplies available behind attended counter. We brought our own, but there were plenty of choices, for those who did not. The attendent was there, the whole time it took to wash and dry my blankie. She even came out to check things from time to time. Wow! 5. Signs all over, making the 'rules' and courtesy expectations very clear. Yes, I know to check my machine for little left-behind goodies, but does everyone else? I figure, they more they post, the fewer questions or moments of confusion there will be, later. 6. MS PACMAN!!!! Not some crappy emulation, but the real deal! This kept me and my kids busy for quite a while. How often do you get to play a cool arcade game for a quarter?? Small laundromat with friendly attendant on duty Sunday.  Very old machines but in good working order.  Floors were not clean but not gross. 9 double loaders, 6 triple loaders, 2 larger washers, 12 top loaders,  18 small driers and 5 larger driers.  One sink. Adequate carts. 6 folding tables. Change machine. Coffee machine. Soda machine. Snack vending machine. Old Pac Man arcade machone. TV. 2 small tables with chairs in front lobby. Laundry drop off service. Today I paid $2 for double loaders and 25 cents for each 7 min drying time. Coin operated.  No cards. Bathroom for customers.  Get key from attendant.  I wouldn't drive 10 miles like I did today to get here but I would use it again if I was nearby. read more

After visit number two, this place is not as horrible as some reviews said. Yes, it's a laundromat, not a fun place ever, but clean. The attendant was helpful, even though she may be a smoker. I had two dryers not heating and she refunded me and started them in another dryer without me paying. I did not see any kids running around without parents and most customers were elderly. There was, a guy of course, sorting dirty laundry on a folding table. The attendant came over and wiped it right when he was done. Overall, good if laundromats are good! Ha ha read more

Not the cleanest laudromat or newest I've ever seen by far--kinda old and funky--but it does the trick. I used the biggest washer they had for a comforter and boy! does it work well. Says you will get your stuff out sparkling white--and I only used a Costco detergent--and it sure does!!! The washer takes awhile cause it goes thru many cycles to really wash your stuff, and the dryer will take about 42 minutes or 6 quarters to dry a cotton comforter. Not bad really considering the only other way I could clean my comforter was going the dry cleaning route which will be more than $6.50 for sure. Bring a book to read or wander around to the shops in the center. The only negative I have is there was nobody to help show you how to work the machine and where to put in the soap the first time. The only employee I saw which I think was the owner's daughter (he was fixing a washer totally from scratch it looked like) just ignored everyone, A nice lady helped me, and I ended up helping 2 others that came in individually where to put the soap and so forth. read more

Rude, dirty, disgusting. My laundry is done washing for 10 seconds and the attendant removes them and throws it in a filthy cart. The neighboring load that's been done for 20? Untouched. Sorry, but she deserves to be fired. read more

I was totally impressed with this place! It is super clean, tons of machines, several change machines, and even games to keep the kiddos busy. The woman working (didn't catch her name) put all of my clothes in the dryer for me, so that was awesome. I saved so much time and was able to get some errands done! I have not been to a laundromat since 2004. Move into the area and went there because of the ratings. I guess the air condition does not work because it was very hot inside to me. Yes the fans were going but blowing hot air. I should have figured no air because door was open. It is to hot in Arizona to be inn a laundromat with no air. Almost went through $2 to get my clothes to dry, had to take them out and put in one that was hotter. read more

Yes it isn't much to look at but totally does the job. Attendant has been very helpful and friendly whenever I have been there. Love all the big machines to handle large quilts. Wish they had more of the large dryers as those get grabbed first. People complain about all the negative warning signs hanging around but I witnessed first hand what happened when someone didn't check with them, threw several old rubber backed rugs into one of the big washers and the rubber flaked off,clogging the drain. Water was flowing out of the machine and on to the floor. When the person called the attendant they had to emergency stop the equipment and call for a repair man...they told them they would have to come back tomorrow after they could get the machine fixed to retrieve the rugs and they charged them for breaking the machine....so..the signs are there for a reason!!!!! read more

This dump should be out of business. If it was possible to give a negative or 0 score they would get -99. Since the new owner took over about 2 years ago this business has deteriorate to where 75% of his equip is not working and he has incompetent employees. I had not been here in a year and wanted to get caught up on my year long backup of clothes. My son and I went to do several loads at 8:30 am. the place was packed. Because of all the broken equipment and the attendant using at least 6 washers, there were very few machines available. We were lucky enough to find enough washers, however there were not enough dryers so our clothes had to sit and wait for machines to open up. During the time we were there a lady had reported to me and the attendant working, that her white clothes had been taken. The attendant did nothing. So, I helped her to get help and the clothes were not found. I did not think anything about clothes missing until I got home and found that I was missing clothes and dish towels and dish cloths. My son went back between 1-2 pm and the attendant had already left. Our clothes and towels were no where to be found. We went back the next day in the morning and spoke with the attendant and she pretended she had no idea who I was and acted like she never saw me or my son. I had a very lengthy conversation with her the day before. Then another employee step in and proceeded to call me a liar. My clothes were located and hanging in the lobby all wet. She began to tell me I left them, when I and my son did not. We notice that 1 bag was missing while we were there but thought we had just put more cloths in the other bags. It did not dawn on us that someone had taken our clothes out when we were working on other loads. My towels have not been returned. I became very upset with her because she kept calling me a lair. She even stated that she arrived at 6:00pm the night of the incident and allegedly found my clothes in a washer. If that was remotely true, which it was not; but if it were, then why were they soaking wet. Also people and the other attendant would not have left the two loads in the washers when there are so few to use. The attendant that was not there called me a liar when in fact she herself is the liar. While I was there she called the owner and proceeded to lie in front of me to him . I yelled that she was lying. She became intimidated and said she was going to call the police. I said good I would appreciate that. I need to file a theft report and I want a copy of the video surveillance so I can pursue justice. Time passed no police so we called them and had them dispatch to the laundry mat to take our theft report. The cop arrived spoke with all parties involved and we are awaiting the video. If I were you I would never go here. it is dirty and has hardly any equipment. The laundry mat around the corner which used to be a dump is now better than this place. The attendants like to act ignorant and are very rude. Once the owner views the video if it exists I hope he will take the appropriate action with this employee and either fire her or put her on an employee action plan where she is required to take customer service training and pass the tests with 85% or better or find work else where. Unless she is the boss's wife, she is the type of employee you do not want. She lacks personal and professional integrity. Just because a place has an attendant doesn't mean they are paying any attention. I would stay away from here or your belongings will get taken and you will be treated like crap from a liar. Personally I feel the code enforcement should investigate this company. You may even wonder why is this person so upset at loosing towels that can easily be replaced. That is true. I am am pursuing justice in the fact that 1. She lied not just to me to my face, but also to her boss, in front of me. 2. My stuff was stolen under their supervisor because the employee had to much of her own work to do before going home ( not my problem it is the businesses problem.) People forget that in the old days business ran on integrity, that is what is wrong here. This employee was rude, combative, and a complete and utter liar. I have been bringing my throw rugs here for several years. I love the jumbo washers. I usually spend about $1.25 drying the rugs. There are change machines and the attendant has always been very helpful. The bathroom is very clean. read more

worse experience ever! i am new to the area just moved in i own a very nice washer and dryer, my dryer is not hooked up yet i washed my blankets set them out to dry but i wanted that soft bounce smell and feel to it, i grabbed my blankets and remembered that sud's was right up the street. as i was putting my blankets in the dryer to just fluff them up the old lady i think was the owner started yelling at me demanding i show her all my blankets. she was hysterical!!! yelling almost tripping over her cane. she frightened me, she said dryers were for washing customers only. i totally understand but the way she approached me looking through my blankets was uncalled for!!! never ever will i set foot in there again! i have 5 daughters i could of been her best customer in her dry cleaning business . old hag!!! read more

This laundry mat is not clean. Over priced for what they offer. The washers stain clothes and when you tell them about it they say "dont know what to tell you" I cant prove what caused your clothes to stain so sorry cant help you. They even admitted to never cleaning their washers out which to me is discusting considering how many people use them.
