The owner of this Grooming Salon has been grooming my bernedoodle for several years. I have never had to instruct her on how to groom my dog. She asks if I want anything special and I always tell her just do what you do! My Willow comes out of the groom smelling fabulous, looking her best and one happy puppers. A breath of fresh air...literally! The new owners are absolutely fabulous! Our little guy has a tendency to be anxious when going to the salon...the new owner was super friendly ...took things slowly and it was evident that "Mavy" was at a spa. The spa smelled great and so did he! Autumn listened to my instructions and gave him the cutest little teddy bear cut! The hair between his paw pads were meticulously cut! As a perfectionist myself I couldn't be more satisfied! Overall experience A++++! Mavy did great and we will most definitely be repeat customers! read more

Milo has been with the previous owners (wet your whiskers) for about 4 years. The business was sold and this week was my first appt with them, as Milo's groomer Sue is no longer there. I was skeptical about using a different groomer as Milo has only had 2 groomers his entire life, I drop Milo off and was greeted by one of the owners, he was welcoming and greeted me right away, the other lady at the desk didn't even smile, not very comforting at all. I was told previously that all Milo's records would remain in his chart including the details of his grooms, I was asked at drop off if there was anything special I wanted for today, I advised to do just his normal cut, nothing else was asked. Typically Sue would come out talk to me and take Milo back but with new ownership the owner took him back, I asked via the app several times who his groomer was and didn't find out until 2 days after his cut. After receiving a text that Milo was ready he was picked up, I was sent a picture of his cut and I had to take a double take, he was completely shaved! Never in his 6 years of life has he ever been shaved so low, I was shocked, even questioned if he was even my dog. I messaged the company very nicely and asked if the groomer ran into complications that I was not aware of and that's when I was told "he was matted all over" and the next sentence was "we were under the impression you wanted a fresh summer look since his last groom was February", (which was it?) again Milo has never been shaved that low his entire life, Sue always praised me on how amazing Milo's coat was. Also, Milo had to be taken to his previous groomer in April due to a scheduling conflict with wet your whiskers and his last groom was not February, but goes to show that they do have Milo's records from the previous owner and would see his previous groomers notes. At that time I asked again who was his groomer, as I was so I didn't book with that groomer again, this was my second time requesting that information. I was not informed of who it was until this morning. I made a review on Facebook and the owners responding on their personal Facebook page insinuating I was bashing their family and company. That was not my intention nor purpose of my post, I was posting my experience. We are entitled to our review so others are aware and decide how to proceed. Even if Milo would have been "matted all over" a simple message would have been nice, not me reaching out to see what happened! Granted Milo did need a spa day, he was due, but that is typical for him, and not once has he ever needed to be completely shaved. His hair will grow back, I know this, I just wish communication was better. I have attached pictures of his past grooms with Sue and his most recent one with a different groomer at Suds n biscuits. I do not have any pictures prior to his most recent groom but I will say his hair was longer as a mentioned before and he was due for a cut. My main concern is, communication is key, if he was matted give the owners a heads up if your doing such a drastic change, send pictures through the portal of the findings, also don't give two different reasons as to why he was shaved! Milo's poor eyes don't even look cleaned and his feet weren't even trimmed correctly. read more

They cut my dogs ear, lied about it , said he came in that way and refused to submit my vet bill to their insurance for $386. They never told me they raised prices $15 before I made the appointment. They aren't Annette, In my opinion they are uncaring and in business just to make a buck. I read what Jeff said. Here's the facts. If I took my dog to any vet with a pre-existing cut oozing with puss they would never had put staples in. That's a fact that proves he isn't being honest. Yes they called about Charlie; but played it down. I was not told it was that bad. We had back to back appointments for my dogs. So I told my husband to pick up Charlie and leave Buffy for her groom. They played it down to John and the groomer said she was so sorry. It wasn't until he got home that I realized how bad he was cut. They told me it was pulled: but it was obviously cut. Charlie became very lethargic. That's when I decided to go to the vet. He was in a lot of pain. When John picked Buffy up they did charge him for Buffy but failed to charge for Charlie by mistake. John was so worried about Charlie he didn't notice. With the vet visit and the owners refusal to submit our claim, we said we won't pay for his grooming. They hurt my dog badly he needed 6 staples and then they thought they should be paid for it. Really? And btw I take very good care of my dogs, I even make their dog food. Saying Charlie was covered in mats simply isn't true. I challenge you Jeff, turn the claim in to your insurance, let them decide. Or are you afraid the truth will come out? Big cover up, I think most people are too smart to fall for what you are saying. They have eyes, it's obvious by the picture, it's a fresh cut, not a pre-existing one. I'd like to add in my defense. I have gone to Wet Your Whispers for over 4 years and Charlie since he was 2 mos. old. Now he's a year old. I find it interesting that during that time not once was I told my dogs were matted. But now that Brittany cut Charlie, that's his story and he's sticking to it. They didn't say Buffy was matted and when I took her there after. I took Sammie to a different groomer today, he didn't say Sammie was matted. Hmmm. This just tells me and you what their business is about. Don't take accountability and lie and blame the customer. Who needs that treatment from an overpriced facility? I don't and I doubt you do either. Update: a friend told me to add this because Jeff stated he liked people. We are elderly with noticeable health issues. I'm 77 and John is a 81 year old Viet Nam Veteran. We are both on a fixed income. Jeff showed us no respect, yelled at us and showed no concern for Charlie we had with us. read more
