Monday 9:30pm September 22nd raining all day. Me and my boyfriend went to go do laundry at Sud's and Dud's laundromat, that's where we typically go as regular customers. we got there at 5:30 PM. It normally takes us at most an hour to an hour 15 . It took us three hours, because said employee working that night had used all of the big washers and dryers to use for ahead of time orders and or laundry purposes. And had let them sit there after they were done in the washer and dryer for hours .while customers with big loads laundry had to wait or use a bunch of small washer and dryers. Usually employees use smaller washers and dryers close to the entrance ,for ahead of time orders or laundry purposes. Leaving room for customers to use the bigger washers and dryers. Alongside that was hiding out in the manager closet for quite some time. Did not lock the back door at 8:30pm as per usual. Didn't inform anybody when locking before locking the door while there was multiple people that parked out back. Making it difficult for people parked out back to load finish laundry. If door had been locked at 8:30, it wouldn't have been an issue. read more

I stopped in on a Sunday and it was very packed. Thankfully I only needed to do 1 load of laundry because I would have needed to wait for machines otherwise. The machines are very fast, be prepared for the dryers to need 2 cycles but it's only like 5mins. This isn't the place to stop when traveling through. You have to buy a laundry card to use and the minimum amount to add is $5. Yep that's right I paid $5 to wash and dry 1 load of laundry. The machine you add money to says to see the attendant for a receipt but I didn't see an attendant at all. read more

There were elements that I really enjoyed about this and elements that make me not ready to be a repeat customer. There is plenty of parking and there is a door that opens each direction you might need that does not require a spare hand to open the door, which is a very wonderful detail when considering that your arms are full with laundry. It was nice that you did not have to use quarters, but there is a minimum of a five dollars to load on your card. Odds are high that you'll use this amount to wash your clothes anyways, but I have an odd remaining amount on my card now And I personally am not a fan of money tied up or being unused. The inside was clean and the woman working was really nice and really helpful. My favorite part about the experience was her and this is what would make me want to go back the most. There were a variety of size washing machines and drying machines. The washing was pretty expensive compared to other laundromats I have been too, but the dryer price was very cheap. There was no concern about having a machine available, but I had taken the only two (I think 30lbs) machines available so your preferred option could not be available. It is great that the wash took 40 minutes and the drying did not take long, so it was satisfactory as far as the speed of washing goes. There wasn't a place to fold your laundry or leave your items. They did have free WiFi and a few spots to sit, however. So this one's a tossup. If you wanna wash your clothes quickly and don't care about the price this will be sufficient for you! read more

I do my laundry here all the time, super clean place with updated machines that have very high capacity and are fast! I can do all my laundry in a couple machines and be finished with everything in about 45 minutes! Friendly staff, plenty of seating and drying tables. They also except credit cards. Great place, would recommend to anyone that has to go to a laundromat for their laundry needs! Highly recommended!! read more

This place is great. They are slightly (not the exaggeration other reviews have said) more expensive than other places. You pay for what you get. This is an express place with large machines. You will be done wash and dry in about 40 minutes. They also do drop off service at a reasonable price and professional level. read more

Two open machines had credit card readers that were non-functioning. Don't waste your time and your soap.

I have been using this laundromat instead of going to the laundry facility that my apartment complex offers. Its very clean, the washers don't smell like mildew and the ladies that work here are very very nice. Theres one employee in particular that I would like to mention and her name is April, she folded a load of clothes for me that I had accidentally forgotten the previous day and I think that was a very kind act because she didnt have to. I am a OTR TRUCKER and was here on Sunday afternoon and I was very happy with the machine's & dryer's & the attendance there at the time... If you are in a large semi truck there is ample parking lot at the rear of this great laundromat .. This is where I do my laundry all the time. There are some machines that are hard to open so you have to physically hit the machine or get the attendant. I do feel it is pricey but at the same time it takes about 45 minute to wash AND dry your clothes, depending on the size of laundry you have. read more

amazing laundry mat!!! only complaint is the woman working 7-24-22 around 7pm. she was complaining about her job and complaining about customers. (complaing that some woman couldnt use the card machine and asked for help). it was very irritating and immature. thats the last thing i want when im washing my clothes in a hot laundry mat! read more

Not a bad play to wash your clothes but it's on the pricy side for me. It shouldn't cost $10 to do one load. That's washing and drying. But still too much for my blood! read more

I've used them several times when I'm in town on business. They do a good job. And the place has been updated.

I'm giving them two stars because I used to love this place, very clean, reasonably priced. Until I had one of the attendants up charge me for a blanket that was in my laundry. Which would be fine, had it been mentioned one of the three times I came in to check on my clothes (because I was misquoted on when they would be ready). But it wasn't mentioned when I dropped them off or any of the several times I came by so the next morning when they were finally ready I was told I owed them money. Which was only that much more annoying because I tipped the attendant, and so despite me already paying extra so that I could tip her she went back and charged me for something without so much as mentioning it to me. If blankets are extra, it should be the attendants knowledge to make that know in advance. read more
