My friend and I went to go do laundry (woo what fun)! Anyways when I have super large loads of laundry I come here and shove it in the washer that's 7.25. You'd be surprised what you can get in that washing machine. The washing machines are always clean and well maintained. As for the laundry mat itself its clean well lit and has seating available . You can also use the tanning booth there . Although I wonder if anyone uses it. Interesting concept to say the least. The women that work there are always friendly and helpful. It's a short distance from where we live and in terms of a laundry mat it's my favorite hands down. If you forget your detergent or fabric softener or even bleach you can buy it from the vending machine. read more

Clean, lots of machines, easy pay system (read:no quarters), and help available should you need it. My only question is about the tanning bed. It has been a long time since I visited a laundromat so perhaps I missed a memo but...is thus really a thing people do??!? In the upside, if it is something folks do at least students get a discount. I absolutely love this place. Given that I work long hours and live hotel life it's great to have somewhere to offer full service laundry at such a good price. They also fold your clothes so well, hang up your buttons up even if you didn't ask, and most of all they move so quick and still provide the same service. I've used this facility for roughly a year and a half and have not had significant problems. However, this visit put the nail in the coffin. While there is a sign that says the laundry mat is not at fault for damaged clothes or lost items, I think some accountability needs to be taken. If not, at least the next person can see this and not use the place. The issue I had are with shorts that I've spent a lot of money on and they were damaged with the dryers. The first instance this has happened, I let it go because "they are not liable". The second time this happened, I changed how the strings in my shorts were tied so that they wouldn't get hooked IN THE HOLES THE DRYER HAS. This time, however, the same issue occurred even with my change. After explaining this to the staff member, she said there's nothing that can be done. She went on to say that I put the clothes in a certain way to get the string stuck in the holes. To assume blame on the customer that it's their fault for their clothes being damaged by a company's equipment is quite absurd. I agreed due to the sign after she explained the situation, however, there's something I can do about it. So I asked the staff member to refund MY OWN MONEY ON THE COMPANY CARD so that I can return the laundry card and be on my way to not use this place anymore. The staff member says that's not allowed. What am I supposed to do with the remaining, I believe, $6-$7 on the card? That's money I can use elsewhere. Am I supposed to just let this money go and just give it to the company of this card? read more

This neighborhood is high end so it doesn't surprise me that this place use advanced technology where you would use your own credit card or cash to exchange for a laundromat "debit" card, pretty cool and definitely convenient for those that enjoys shelling out the plastic. Plenty of washing machines and the prices are surprising reasonable. 3 loads for $4.25 and 5 loads for $4.85, the 5 loads price is a steal here but you would probably find 3 load washer cheaper elsewhere. Time to give your clothes a nice bubble bath and while the clothes are in the dryer, head across the street to grab some java from Starbucks! Due to our busy work schedules my partner and I have decided to take advantage of the drop off and fold service here. All I can say is thank you! It has been such a relief for us to not have to worry about our laundry on top of everything else. I won't lie, I felt guilty and a bit lazy at first for having to use this service (I grew up not being well off and too proud of it) but once my work life caught up with me it was either give up my social life as well or start to take advantage of services like this. The service is based on the total weight of your laundry, starting off at around $10 for first ten pounds and like 1.25 more per pound afterwards. As long as you keep the jeans and towels at home to do on your off days, this place definitely won't kill the bank. The service is also great here. They're quick, ask no personal questions, have a variety of detergents available and will call or you to let you know when it's ready for pick up. read more

I've been using the drop off and fold service here for about 2 years. It saves me so much time-I'm a single parent and I don't have my own w/d, so this place was a wonderful find. The best thing about this laundromat is the attendants, they are all so friendly and helpful. And they work so hard! I like the location and level of cleanliness, even though the parking lot is tiny. (They can't help it, every Chevy Chase business has a tiny parking lot!) I like to go to the greek place next door when I'm washing blankets myself. There are lots of wheeled carts and big, fast dryers. I'd say there is only one major flaw here, and that is the lack of ADA push-button operated doors. If the rear door had a handicap accessible feature, it would be amazing! It's a good laundromat. read more

We really needed a laundromat as we were traveling around the country and found this place and decided to give it a try. The machines were state of the art and it was a one minute walking distance to Starbucks and a Kroger (where I bought some hard-to-find-in-So Cal White Lily flour). But the best part was Liberty, who was there helping all the customers with the machines. Highly recommend this laundromat! read more

Best laundromat in town, the attendants are always friendly and helpful. The card machine system is great too because you don't have to lug around a ton of quarters. Only drawback is that if you're using a credit/debit card to load money, you have to put a minimum of $10 on it. The machines are a bit more expensive - $2.25/wash and $0.30 per 5mins on the dryer for the basic ones and it goes up from there. It's worth it tho bc the machines work great. I hadn't had to use a laundromat in years so I actually used my Yelp app to pick this place. I was not disappointed. Although it seemed a tad pricey, it was extremely clean - the cleanest laundromat I've ever been to, and in a very safe area. They use a really neat card system where you load money onto a laundromat card and you swipe the card to pay at the machines. I washed and dried several large loads of laundry for approximately $30. There is even a Starbucks right across the street so you have something to do while you wait. There is an attendant on staff too who was very nice and helpful. Overall a great experience and I will definitely return if my washer and dryer aren't repaired soon. read more

I am visiting from out of state and had to drive over 30 min to get here. When I finally did arrive I found a cute, little, clean laundromat. BUT you are forced to buy a "Laundry Card" the machines don't accept cash. Ok. Any remaining balance will not be refunded. The attendant, whom was very helpful, said I can use it next time. There won't Be a next time as I live 6 states away and am leaving Lexington. But all in all a nice place. Ps, watch out for the "Locking" washers! They take 40 MIN instead of the usual 25! This place is generally good. But had the worst experience with this place yesterday and will never go there again. They inadvertently forgot to turn the heater on and given its winter all clothes were being washed with extremely cold water. After my wash is done they turned it on. The person attending was nice and she was trying to explain what she can do. I requested a partial refund that could go on my laundry card that I can reuse later. Then came one of the owners who was an extremely rude guy. He started out with lame excuse that cold water washes fine and it's no big deal. Then he offered another wash right then which I couldn't do as I had to be somewhere else soon. He kept saying that rather than having this argument I could wash again. I said I had to go soon and did not want clothes to be in water for 25 more mins. I said I have been coming there for ten years and all I am asking is they put some money on my card so I can use it next time and I can continue giving them business. He did not relent. He said he feels sorry to lose my business but he is "okay". His overall tone was very condescending and extremely nonchalant. This dumb loser lost a ten year customer for life for 5$ for a mistake on his team's part. Stupidity at its finest. Enough said. I already picked a different place to move forward after that. read more

Clean and reasonably priced. The staff is intrusively friendly, to the point that they apologize for apologizing. The staff is also excessively familiar, calling patrons honey, darling, and other unwelcome terms. People bring loose animals, which is a problem for patrons with allergies. There is frequently privately blasted music that is far too loud for the comfort of patrons. Some of the worse-trained staff fold the clothing directly from the dryers, which results in a backlog of dryers that is accessible to those who cannot bend safely. These problems, if solved, would lead to a 5-star rating. That would be great! read more

I have been coming here for about 7 mos while I'm renovating a house. I have always loved it!! And I dont even mind the highly cost because I can get Laundry done quick. But tonight will be my last. In 7 mos there had been one time when my dryer failed. The lady tried to tell me it goes into "cool down" mode which I have never ever seen HERE Why would I PAY for cools down? Anyway she gave me credit and then I saw an out of order on the dryer. Tonight the same thing happened and the young girl this time stopped and restarted and then it started heating. It was ice cold after high for at least 20 min. She said I had a lot in it: one quilt and a set of sheets in the 50lb. Ice cold after 20 min??? She was rude and basically said I was lying. There's no telling how much $$ I have spent here. I'm so upset right now. Tried to reach the owner but had no luck searching. I will not be back after 7 months. And she said "we just replaced all these dryers" but the one above it says out of order. Who's lying? I'm posting also in Yelp. read more
