It doesn't really occur to me all that often to review places like a laundromat, but I popped in here early yesterday morning and felt compelled to leave them a review. I'm due with my baby any minute and I was laying in bed thinking of the things I have to get done! Great to find a spot where my crazy pregnant brain can find peace getting my laundry done at odd hours of the night. Firstly I was greeted warmly by the attendant, Charles and as I walked in further to find a machine to pick he showed me two I might be interested in. I picked the bigger one even tho my load wasn't that big because I'd rather have the extra room instead of shoving it all in there. He brought me a buggy without me asking which was very nice of him. I loaded up and waited in my car just because it's 2am and I want to watch YouTube videos without being rude to the other patron of the place. It's 2am on a Tuesday morning and there are 3 of us here plus an attendant. It's well lit and clean. I feel safe, so far so good. I used a 4 load machine w warm water which cost 5.50. It appears that your cost goes by your temp. Makes sense. I usually go to woodhill laundry all the way on the other side of town and have been for several months. I like Meadowthorpes hours though. Can't beat a 24hr spot esp when it's clean, warm, and has friendly service! The only 24 hr laundry's I have been to were sketchy. This ain't! Also decently priced I'd say. read more

The staff working are loud and rude. The staff isn't keeping the place clean. I haven't been here for several years, but I do like all of the new washers and dryers. I will come back but the staff needs to be monitored to do their job. read more

This is the absolute best best laundromat in town. Twice in the 2 or 3 years I have been using this laundromat I have forgotten about a load first time was bed cover and yesterday it was my colored towels and when I remembered and went back to get them they were nicely folded and bagged up waiting on me. The customers don't take things that aren't there's and the employees go beyond their job duties to keep them safe. Thank you for being so amazing!!! read more

I come to this laundry matt every week sometimes even twice a week only 24/7 place i know of in Lexington i love the staff they are so helpful and sweet when machines brake they are fixed right away they now have 8 big dryers its always clean no mater what time of the day it is I have been going to this place for about 2 years it has ac and heating except one time when the ac broke and it was fixed right away i have no complaints but im dying to know why theres a headless duck statue and has it always been headless i loved that duck it made me chuckle i miss seeing it by the door read more

Sudy is awesome! We came up here for the first time tonight and totally forgot out detergent. She gave us some of hers and helped us work the machines. Unfortunately, another customer started drama with us because we needed a large machine and she was taking up all of the large machines. Her clothes were done, so the clothes were taken out and put in a basket right next to the machine. The other lady came in extremely hateful and started drama with us. Sudy handled the situation very well and put a stop to it! Overall, great experience other than that! read more

I think the other reviews are fake on here. I went a month ago and there is no air conditioning in this place. It was well over 100 degrees in there and the 3 fans pumping stale hot air only made it worse. Half of the washers--literally half of them--were out of order. The only ones up and running were the $4 and $6 ones. Plenty of dryers are available, more than they actually need. This place is small, cramped, run down and broken. There were about 7 of us in and out through the time I was there and we all had just enough washers to do our laundry. Other people came and had to wait. I will never be back. I do have to say the woman working, Sudy? She was very nice and helpful. But the place is lacking in key areas laundromats need to excel at. Also, there is very little parking and very little room to fold your laundry at. There are only 4 stations and I had to wait....at 10pm on a Friday, to fold my clothes. read more

I have been to this laundry numerous times and you get your money's worth with his machines. They do a great job, and the dryers get hot. The man who owns it is helpful and nice always. I haven't been there when he wasn't on site and always willing to help get your laundry into the bldg. I highly recommend. read more

The employees are extremely friendly and helpful here. I was able to get stains out of clothing with their help that would have never thought could get clean. The place was well lit, clean, and the machines were so efficient that it took me no time at all to get multiple loads of laundry (think a family of six) cleaned and dried and I was on my way. My first time to this laundromat. It is very nice and bright. Washer and dryer are very efficient. Clothes came out clean and dry. The whole process took about one hour. Price is reasonable. Owners are helpful and friendly. I will come back again. read more
