Holy crud! What a gem! We were in the area and wanting to get the Audi washed. For $19 plus tip, we got our tires and exterior washed with rain-x repellent and towel dried, the dashboard shined and dusted, and the interior vacuumed. AmAZING value! Especially since I got the same results after spending $99 for 2 hours of detailing in Beverly. This only took 20 minutes. They even had a waiting area with a tv, vending machine and chairs. I took off one star because the bathroom didn't have soap, but luckily I had purell in my purse. If you are in the Brockton area, frequent this business! You will thank me! read more

Went for years for the self wash & it was alright. Now a couple of the self vacuums dont work. Also recently they switched the FOAM that you brush the car with in the self wash section. The new foam has a heavy blue dye in it that will stain your hands, clothes, and you car. Its harder to get out & that results in a longer wash time which equals more $$ for them (not sure if that was the intended goal) ive used it once & never will again as it left blue stain marks on my car clothes, hands etc. if you had a white car... it would have a bluish tint after the foam brush treatment. Water pressure also seems greatly reduced (from recent years ) which negates the quality of the wash. read more

You really can't beat the value. $19 plus tip for full exterior wash, vacuum, windows washed and dash wiped down. They are not a detailing service, it's a car wash and you pay for what you get. I have come to Suds Plus for years. I was always treated with respect and courtesy. The Manager today was rude and disrespectful. My car was not completely washed and cleaned as in years past. This is definitely the worst car wash I've ever gotten. I paid for the best wash they offer and the guys didn't even touch my tires/rims (there is still brake dust on them). The actual "scrub" part also scratched the roof of my car and I had just bought the car from a dealership the day before and I know for a fact there were no scratches there before because I looked and took pictures beforehand. I asked to speak to a manager and there was no one there so they took my name and number so someone could call me regarding the scratches and nobody ever did and it's been about a week. Definitely would not recommend this place. Better off going to Sunny's if you want to stay in Brockton or there's one in Weymouth too that's great. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I wish I could give them no stars. I stopped by here yesterday to get my car washed. When they were cleaning the dashboard I noticed they were using a blue cleaner. I asked the worker what product he was using and he responded with "cleaner". I asked again "what cleaner?" and he responded with "cleaner" while staring at me. The guy then proceeded to call me a "fucking bitch" and "fuck you for asking what the cleaner is". I was a long time customer and very loyal to this establishment. I will never go back and caution anyone who goes to be prepared to be abused if you question a product being used on YOUR car. read more

Truck was still dirty after their best $19 wash and I had to tell guy at end to wash my windows which he is suppose to do and he did a real half ass job they were not even that busy this has happened way to often when I complain to the owner or manager tell the workers to do a better job but they don't there is a few other car washes around that was was just the closer one I will not be back read more

I would give it 0 stars, if I could. Paid for the Gold Wash; water spots on the car and one of the guys vacuuming put a gouge in the plastic on my car door. The car is a 2017, a month old, I'm not happy at all. They vacuumed the back, but there was still sand in it when I got home. Will not be returning! read more

They do a great job on car washing., but they don't follow up on their membership card. My daughter recently took my car to be washed. It was my tenth wash , so it should of been free. The man told her I only had 7 washes. Which was not true. When she bought back my car I showed her my last receipt it said 9 washes and the next free. She than took her car with her membership card, and it said 7 washes also. Which was also not true. She paid $19. Per car and $2 tip for each vehicle. I went the next day to speak to the owner with my last receipt. I spoke to a Manuel and two other men. The owner was not there, but Manuel was the manager. He was down right rude and ignorant, obviously he was never taught to respect his elder, and not to interrupt while someone is speaking. I am. 66 years old, and I have never been spoken to in the way he spoke to me. I have called several times to speak to the owner. The person answering the phone could barely speak English. He said that he is the OWNERS. I have met the owner when it was put under new management a few years ago, he was not the owner. Don't have the membership cards if your not gonna honor them. After 15 years time to find a new car wash. read more
