I submitted a request to have them look at it and if a damage claim was possible. They quickly refused saying that 1) they are not responsible for any damage not reported before you leave a location 2) that 'damage over time' cant be proven to be their fault and 3) since I reported using multiple locations that no single location can be held responsible. Other places would call Jonny's regular wash an "Exterior Detail" and charge twice as much. They do not do vacuum or clean windows if they are busy, and they usually are busy. However, I had our SUV detailed last there last month. I could have called a "Crime Scene Cleanup" crew or the company that cleans up New Orleans after Mardi Gras. But Jonny's group disinfected, scrubbed it clean and polished it to a diamond finish inside and out. If you have a high value vehicle or just want someone to clean your car better than you would do yourself, this is the place to go.
