They rushed my car through. There was a state trooper behind me. The guy on the driver side, hardly even touched the brush to my car so when I was getting my money out to tip, I noticed the whole front side of my car wasn't even touched. Only giving it one star because 0 stars wasn't an option!!! This place damaged my brand new Vehicle on the passenger side. The damage left my passenger temporarily trapped in the vehicle. When trying to resolve the issue, they immediately denied responsibility without any inspection. I told them to check the cameras and after doing so they claimed "the cameras showed nothing." We asked to see for ourselves and when they willingly brought us to the office we can clearly see that I entered the car was with no damage on my vehicle!!! When I went to snap a video of my vehicle entering without damage, they turned off the entire system and demanded I leave without providing any insurance or any owner information. I went to get a car wash two days ago and asked for the Gold package, which was 31 bucks. As I am getting my car sprayed down, I look up at the button box and they pushed the Bronze package option, when I paid for the Gold one. I motion to the attendant to put it on the Gold one, which he does. Pretty sure they knew and pull this stunt on everyone where they pay for Gold and Platinum but they give you the Bronze. Very shady and not a great way to conduct business. The interior detail at the end was very sloppy as well as they threw all my stuff without care around my car. They got loud with her and acted like they didn't understand English. They refused to provide her with their insurance information. The other reviews are correct in saying the service at this car wash is not what it used to be 10 or even 5 years ago. Yes they clean the exterior and wipe it dry. They also vacuum the interior, including the mats for just under $30 . It's hard work and I think the price is pretty fair, but they don't wipe the dash or the cup holders anymore for that price. Also, they are not as friendly as they used to be when you are driving your car through. Will i be back? Yes, I live in an apartment and cannot clean the here like i used to when I lived in a house. Also, I think it's worth the price to have it done so quickly. They had it done in less than 20 minutes. I think it would be better as a maintanance thing once the car is really clean. For example, My husband drove his truck through, they didn't vacuum or clean the rear bed. There are some some steaks where they didn't wipe it dry. First i go here all the time for my car wash. I went today to get a car wash and for one my car is not clean. i proceeded to tell the worker and he said i needed a detail. I explained that i always come through and my car is always cleaned. he offered to fix it for me. The manger comes over rude fully and told the worker to make me pay for a detail. i explained to him my car was no cleaned. I will NEVER come to sunny's car wash again. 29 dollars later and my car looks worst then it did 30 min ago. I was better off going to the touchless car wash and vacuuming the car myself. read more

We drive a jeep and have 3 Malumutes. Its summer and need I tell you how the fur has been flying? Inside the jeep add a spill or 2 and the usual general grunge. The exterior looked like I had driven the Dakar Rally. I got the inside and outside package for $20. Standard wash on the rails but I really appreciated the 11 people hustling about. Heard Creole, Spanish and Brocktonian being spoken. Part of the gang wiped me down and cleaned inside and out and vacuumed. Smells nice now, for a day or two. No cutting corners here. The $33 "Best Buy" isn't worth it. My dashboard was not thoroughly wiped down, they missed spots. You have to ask them to thoroughly vacuum the floors, and they don't wipe down all surfaces. My experience was at the Westgate Mall location. If there's a next time I plan to get the very basic exterior wash at $13. Sunny' used to do a really nice job--not anymore. Awful job, they double charged my card for a service and would not give me my money back. Some man with a hat had a terrible attitude trying to tell me that my bank will give it back. Like there is a difference between disputes because i gave my card willingly for the service it's a cardholder dispute. Instead of refunding me for the correct amount all he did was argue. Been going to Montello for several years and always loved their service. Today, however, I went for the first time since they reopened, Got my usual Platinum (which is now $33.00). Left and discovered 2 of my floor mats were missing. I went back to inquire and was told that I only had 2 when I came in. WRONG! I asked to speak to a manager and was told quite rudely "he ain't here". Finally got the manager. He took my name and number and said that this was the third incident this weekend and he would speak to Sunny and they would make it right. Got a voice mail 30 minutes later stating that they reviewed the video tapes and couldn't find any evidence. What about the other 3 incidents? Were they wrong too or are we all lying? An expensive lesson for sure, but also for Sunny's. I'll never be back! read more

Brought my truck into get a wash and I provided my credit card for a platinum wash for $26 and that does not include armor all for the interior which is another $10. Then he gives me my credit card from inside the car wash and I have some water dripping in the car as I sign the receipt. He closes my mirror without asking which I have a button that does that automatically. Now I am waiting at the end of the car wash no people here to tell me where to go. Finally they are showing me where to go after a 2 minutes. They seemed to do an okay job on the interior but I paid for armor all and seems to have no shine and I did not see them use it which has me very curious for why I paid for it. The tires are shiny but not happy with the overall job. If I knew what I knew now I would say don't waste the money or time and just clean your own vehicle instead, hopefully this helps you! read more

Amazing! This place puts Scruba Dub to SHAME. They actually soap brush the ENTIRE car, BEFORE you even go in the wash itself. Then, they hand dry EVERYTHING. I'll never go anywhere else after coming here. Plus, their all polite and pleasant. I only come to Brockton twice a month, but I will save my car and truck washing for this place. Horrible service!.I questioned going to get my car washed during Covid but usually greatly appreciate the service and show it with a generous tip. None of the women working had their masks over their nose, some not even over their mouth. I paid for the platinum wash. Never touched my dash or seats with amoral but when I asked about it a women then came over and started to wipe the inside with a cloth she had just wiped her nose and mouth with. It all happened so fast. I immediately asked her to stop. I left and tried to call them. No number listed for them on google. I did get the affiliate on Montello Street. The worst car wash! Poor customer service. My car was stuck inside the car wash. The manager blamed it on me instead of apologizing for such a horrific experience.
