I've ordered the Buffalo Chicken wrap, I've had the Buffalo Chicken Salad, I've had the wings... chain food is chain food I know, nothing stands out. I love that you can sit outside! We waited far too long just to be acknowledged, and once seated, we were completely ignored. No check-ins, no drink refills, and an attitude from the staff that made it feel like we were a burden rather than guests. When our food finally arrived, it was cold, bland, and clearly thrown together with zero care. We ordered a margarita, and the bartender didn't even ask if we wanted sugar or salt on the rim--just poured and walked away like she couldn't be bothered. Came here to watch the football games on Sunday and had such a time! We sat on the patio and our server Rashaun was super attentive! We ended up staying for almost 5 hours and the vibes were high the whole time. Enough said about that, the service just was not good. If you're hungry, go elsewhere, the food portions are minimal, Cheesesteak sandwich was basically a hot dog bun with more cheese than meat. Everything else seemed to be regular priced cocktails. The wings were still good. The traditional wings could have been fried a bit longer, but they weren't bad and the sauce was tasty. For it to be a wings-focused restaurant, unfortunately, they offer regular fast food wings that aren't quite distinctive in taste. Service was just okay. Not really personable or engaging like when AJ, the best waiter ever, was there. Overall, it's ok for after work dining. Their chicken wings, their namesake, are reasonably priced and mostly passable, especially if you have them with a beer. However, as a whole, this place basically just offers bar quality food. Location - easy to get to in Clermont off Route27, fairly easy to see from the road and find. Atmosphere - sports bar/restaurant atmosphere with plenty of TVs playing any sporting events going on. Food quality - I'm sorry but this would be a 2, 3 at best. The appetizers came out warm, and very good (everything pretzel bites & the bbq tots). However when it came to our main wings, each dish came out separately and only 1 of 4 were actually warm (certainly not hot). The cauliflower wings were pretty good, the others were ok. My husband ordered the Buffalo crispy chicken sandwich with teriyaki sauce and no tomatoes, it came with fries. I ordered from the lunch menu- Buffalo ranch chicken wrap with teriyaki sauce, chopped tomatoes and it came with fries and a drink. Husband's sandwich was drenched in teriyaki sauce. He took a bite of it and just couldn't finish it, it was just too much. My wrap was really good and the fries were perfect. Never saw the server so I asked someone if she could get the manager. I explained to him and showed him the sandwich. He apologized and got him a new one (less sauce) and he gave him more fries. I barely saw the server. When I finally did, I asked her for the bill. She didn't charge me correctly- I had ordered from the lunch menu but she charged me regular price. I looked for her and never saw it so then I spoke to a different manager (Ron) and I explained to him. He fixed it. He ended up ringing me up and asked me if everything was okay. I explained to him the issues we had. He apologized. I don't think we'll come back again especially to this location since it's out of our way! read more
