The younger one I'm guessing is a family member of some sort is more cooler & nicer. Another reason is because apparently, they have a rule where can only charge cell phone. I'm not mad at that. So it's been in the books for a long time but looking around it's not posted on the walls, they failed to and didn't tell me the 1st time.
