Nit the best 1st impression but they made it write and that what counts. But It would have been nice to have gotten an additional one since I went out of my way and don't leave near by. read more

I have used this car wash place several times, despite the bad reviews, never had a problem until recently. The no touch car wash only did the final rinse halfway, I mean it started got to my windshield and stopped moving!!! I called the phone number listed on next business day, left voicemail. No call back, called a couple days later and was told I would get an email with a free wash code. NOTHING RECEIVED I've called and left a couple more messages, and it's been over a month now. It took three months to get compensation after the touchless car wash caused over $5,000 damages to my car. The folks at elephant car Wash were not very helpful in resolving this. not sure if I've ever had a worse car wash experience. Purchased their top level wash, it only covered 1/2 my car in soap, drivers side only and only rinsed off the passenger side. nice hot day and I was stuck with soap drying all over my car and the other bays were out of order. I called their 800 number, left a msg. irritated i called again 5 min later while i watch soap drying all over my car going up hwy 18. This time a guy ansered, his office actually tuens out to be in ruston, not far from my home in Point Defiance. He apologized and said he'd mail me a refund and send me coupon for a free wash. 6 calls and msgs later, still nothing 90 days down the road. No class, no professionalism. I just put $8 cash and the car wash did not have any soap. I don't know what was wrong with the car wash but it wasn't working properly. I tried to get a refund but couldn't. I called the phone number and could not get through or even leave a message. I guess I will be going to Elephant car wash from now on. Update, they did call me back right away after I left them a message. They gave me a code to use so I can go back and try again. After all the rain we had I wanted to take advantage of the nice weather and get my car washed. I normally do it myself or run it through a touch less car wash in Federal Way, but I was in the area so I thought I would give it a shot. I paid for the deluxe car wash, which is $12, and pulled my car up. Seemed like a normal car wash except the machine runs the air over your car to dry it versus you drive the car through the fans. Once it was done there was still a lot of water left on my car, which was not a huge deal. I live fairly close and could wipe down the rest when I got home. Unfortunately, once I got home and got out of my car it looked like it hadn't even been though the car wash. I could take my finger and wipe a bunch of dirt off and you could see that nothing was cleaned off. I will not be going here again and I don't recommend any one else to go here of you are going to use the touch less wash. read more

This place is a rip-off. There's always an issue with the equipment. I have used both the self-service and touch-less automatic wash on several occasions. Garbage is always piled up at the garbage cans and in the bays. Most recently I went through the automatic wash and there was nothing other than water sprayed on my car until the final pass before the rinse. I have had this issue of no soap in the self service bay as well. I can spray my car with the hose at home for free and save myself $12.00. read more

I used the automatic car wash here. A place for a quick, brush free, car wash. Nothing fancy and it won't clean the little cracks, but it will get the bird poop and pollen off your car. Make sure to bring the extra towel to wipe off the extra few water spots. Vacuums have good suction (the one I used did). read more

Pulled into a bay and put $5 in and only the foam brush worked so I left with a my car full of suds. Only 1 bay was working and I didn't want to wait in line.
