This is a service I've received in the past since we've been here for the past several years without issues . The groomer after I said he's good agreed to bathe him . When we got home, I noticed the groom was uneven. He usually gets a lion cut, but his tail was left fully furred with no explanation. More concerning, some of his whiskers were cut, which should never happen. For nearly $200 with tip, this was extremely disappointing. The positive thing is my cat was well behaved as I expected and he's clean and no longer matted in certain places .

At other places - We've brought him to other places in the past where the groomers have shaved too close and our dog had visible razor burns/nicks on him. For a week while he healed, he would always be weary, lethargic, etc. Not here! He's always had a great cut, safe haircut and never had signs of injury. He's always his usual self after the haircut and we love it every time. In terms of value, I think it's pretty fair for a fur cut. Toy poodle for around $70-80.

When I picked him up, I was absolutely horrified. His eyes were bulging, bloodshot, and rolling back in his head. He looked completely out of it it was terrifying. I rushed him to the vet immediately, where I was told he had suffered from asphyxiation. I can't begin to describe how upsetting this has been. I've trusted your team with my little Malshi before and never imagined something like this could happen. I dropped him off believing he would be safe, cared for, and closely watched. But what I picked up was a traumatized, unresponsive puppy who is still, days later, not the same. Since bringing him home on Saturday at 4 PM, he has done nothing but sleep. His eyes can barely open, and he's completely lethargic. It's now Monday at 2:30 PM, and I'm still watching over him, worried sick, hoping he'll be okay. This is not normal and it's absolutely heartbreaking. I need to know how this happened. I need to understand how my puppy could've come so close to such a serious medical emergency under your care. This situation is unacceptable and has caused me and my poor pup an enormous amount of pain, fear, and distress. I'm asking for an immediate and honest response, and for you to take this as seriously as it deserves to be taken. I arrived shortly and was taken care of immediately. Super sweet and quick! About 16 dollars nails and left a tip. This is so much more affordable than the places we have gone. Let me tell you this is the best nail trim my dog has received. Her nails are black and white and we have struggled to find a place we are 100% with because they're too scared to cut them (even at the vets office). My pups paws look great! When my fiancé and I first got our puppy he began to show early signs of pretty bad separation anxiety so we began signing him up for Day Care & Training, and after just a few sessions his anxiety in the crate has almost completely gone away. We also do puppy day care during the week and whenever we pick him up his behavior is noticeably better. We love bringing him here and will continue to do so.
