The front desk seemed a little all over the place but Kristie still came out to speak with us and go over everything. Two hours later our pup was ready and looked absolutely handsome! While the waiting area is a bit cramped they do tell you two hours so you're free to run errands and come back. There is also a porch out front if you absolutely must wait. Prices are fair and they're very transparent as to why the grooming cost what it did.

She texted us photos and videos of the grooming process and would ask us what we thought of his fur length towards the end. When we went to pick him up, he was super happy and excited. She did such an amazing job with him. He's a 9 year old pomeranian mix, and he came back looking like a puppy. Also, I'm not sure what shampoo and conditioner she used on him, but his fur has never been softer. It's been two weeks since his grooming, and his fur is still super soft.
