Well they have a new location . I drove there which was very difficult to find . I met a woman outside who told me that they weren't open until 11 today and that my appointment was only a request . The email sure looks like a conformation to me and it sure looks like your website says you're open ad 8am . Thanks for letting me know before hand never to come here . I had a great experience with Hunter. My dogs seemed comfortable with him, and he was extremely gentle and understanding of their apprehensiveness. Clearly from the pics you can see they turned out super cute! However, the pricing was the main reason for my decision to lower my rating. It was quite expensive--almost $300, including the tip--whereas I'm usually accustomed to paying around $180, which was a huge adjustment for me. I guess in California everyone grooms so the demand is great and supply is plentiful making for low competitive pricing. Here in Tennessee, Memphis specifically, mobile groomers seemed hard to come by. Additionally, I didn't realize that the hair between their toes was missed. It may not seem like a big deal at first, but after two weeks, it became an issue as they started sliding around on the hardwood floors because their paw pads were furry. That was on me for not communicating or checking and raising my concerns. Overall, they provided great service and were very convenient, especially compared to the alternative of having my dog caged for hours at a Petsmart. I'm definitely going to continue using them! I loved how my pups turned out!

When the young lady came to our home the very first time were the best grooming we receive. She did an excellent job and I didn't have to make her aware what to do. Second time they were suppose to come to our home again and I received a call the groomer was out. Yes, your wife picked them up which I appreciated that. But, I had to bring them back down there again to get redone which they only did Leo and not Bailey which I asked. I let that go and still purchased a toy and were charged again to get just Leo redone. Third time the were coming to my home which were suppose to be this past Wednesday and I received a text with a different time then what I were told. We brought them down there Monday and this is when we picked them up they looked the same like they hadn't been touched. Then I received several text from the owner (female) being rude. We truly wish you all the best in finding a grooming provider that aligns with your expectations." Just a warning--if you voice a legitimate complaint, they may simply cut ties with you. They had no dryers other than one so it would take hours to even completely dry a dog and they said they have been " closed" for a week but they didn't have any clean towels at all so the dogs was getting out the tub dripping wet. If you want your dog completely cleaned this isn't the place for you. Any clean and organized place would've made sure they had everything ready for when it's time to open. This place needs to be completely redone. Just doesn't feel like a good environment for people or dogs. Mind you upfront looks amazing! But once you go to the back it's a wreck. Also they don't even actually apply soap to your dog they put some soap in a bowl and wash your dog with a rag, that's not a real bath.
