Wow! This company is so impressive. I looked on Yelp last night for a mobile groomer, and my request was sent to three local companies. Dawg Team got back to me, encouraging me to contact them. I filled out a profile for my dog, entered in what I needed for a groom, and scheduled the appointment for the very next day! Bailey showed up early, and the company communicated well about the status of the appointment. My dog loved her experience, we were impressed with her professionalism and the cleanliness of the grooming van. Look at my dog's before and after pics, Bailey did a wonderful job! Good company, good groomer, we will be return customers! Highly recommend

WOW! I have loved Dawg Team ever since I found their midtown location. Every time I've visited the staff is friendly and helpful! I've used them for grooming once before and it was a great experience. They recently launched the mobile grooming service and I couldn't wait to take advantage. The team arrived 10 minutes early at my home for the appointment. About an hour later, I received my Levi exactly as I requested. I have had a few tough experiences getting my mini golden-doodle groomed but Dawg Team is perfect! They even included a Halloween shirt.

This place was awesome! We just stopped by to see what it was and boy did we fall in love!! The owners were awesome, they loved on our fur baby like he was their own. They board, groom, have a self dog wash station, and did I mention the wall of doggie clothes? They have the oldest food choices for your babies, AND they're LOCAL!! How awesome is that?! I would 100% recommend anyone to shop with them. They got our babies looking FRESH. Lol WHODAT

Brought my shorkie here to get groomed and had a great experience. They were so gentle with him although he's hyper. I loved his cut. We asked to keep him fluffy and they did just that. Will definitely be returning!

I got my baby Jackson as an early Christmas gift and only want the best of everything for him, so when it was time for his first grooming, I did my research. Several people pointed me to Dawg Team Apparel and the fact that they do mobile grooming is a plus as my baby as motion sickness. They called an hour ahead of the appointment and when they were on the way. John was great and went over everything that would be done( nervous momma with slot of questions) and I was very impressed. Awesome owner, she was super nice and friendly. Helped as a guest time customer to use the self washing bath. 10 dollars for a 10 minute walk seems a bit rushed, but the pups were left clean and smelling great. She also cleans between dogs, even from the same household. Will be back for more baths, treats, and probably a jersey this time. read more

Had a great first experience and will be coming back! We came in to use the dog wash for the first time and the man and women working were so friendly and helpful! They made sure we knew how to work the dog wash and the man working stayed and made sure our dog was comfortable and we were using the machine correctly. :) Both employees made us and our baby feel very comfortable and we will be back! The dog wash was AWESOME and very convenient. The lady gave our doggy a treat and some treats to go before we left. Worth the visit!! I popped in the other day on the search for a cough remedy for my pup until we saw the vet. I called them and they had what I needed. When I went in the store the owners doted over my pup. They were so sweet. I love that it's locally owned and they have a lot of fun sports gear for your dog. I will definitely make it a point to support this business. read more

Dawg Team USA is AMAZING! Once I inquired prices, packages, etc. I received a phone call shortly after and they even asked how my pup was- they are so personable. Their prices are great and the convenience of having them come to you is not only a time saver, but made our pup happy versus dreading to go to the groomers. I scheduled a grooming appointment for my cattle dog aka heeler. For those not familiar with this breed, they have an undercoat & shed like there is no tomorrow. My girl needed a good bath, after laying down in a mud puddle that morning, and needed a really good blow-out. The groomer does not arrive until 5:30pm. This is GREAT working folks. I showed up a bit early & John showed me around the facility. They have lots of cute outfits, leashes, high quality dog food (kibble & raw) & have partnered up with a local company that makes dog treats. The other thing I like about them is they carry the brand Victory. This food is great for pities & hard to find in our area. The staff there is extremely friendly & will gladly show you around to answer any questions. They have self-washing tub. This is not just any ordinary tub. It has all kinds of bells & whistles. You can also blow out your fur baby there. AND, they provide you with complimentary sprays. When I picked my girl up, I could tell what an EXCELLENT job they did. Her coat feels lighter. She was extremely happy. They told me she was really good & got into the bath. I said you must have been really rubbing her down because she does enjoy a good pampering. BTW... they do not release your fur baby until they feel he/she is perfect for their owner. I will now be taking my girl here & may try their self-washing station just to see how it goes. We have a small chihuahua and its hard finding clothes that small for her but they had the right size! Gave us complimentary outfit and treats with our purchase! Our dog had some issues going to the bathroom due to her long hair one day and needing groomed. Long story short, the owner gave her a sanitary trim without being asked! 2. I had a few last minute scenarios where Maggie needed boarded at the 11th hour, and they were always caring and happy to accommodate. 3. They shared which toys Maggie liked so we could purchase them. 4. They cared for Maggie like family! I cried when we said our goodbyes!! They also took interest in us, which was so kind! If you are in Memphis and need a doggie daycare-look no further. Seriously, we had the very best experience and are so sad to be moving to another state because we no longer get to be patrons of this establishment! Before boarding, I specifically explained that my dog eats too quickly and will vomit if fed too much at once. I offered to provide his slow feeder and gave clear instructions that he should be fed slowly they refused and promised they would feed him slowly. Despite this, after watching the camera he was fed approximately 4 cups of food at one time in a regular bowl. This was the exact situation I was trying to prevent. I was also concerned about the amount of potty breaks he received. My understanding is that he was only taken outside about twice per day, which I do not feel is appropriate for a puppy of his age. Another concern was the way I was treated as a customer. I monitored the cameras because I wanted to ensure my puppy was being cared for properly. In videos that were sent to me of my puppy, I felt that I was being ridiculed and mocked for checking on his well-being. As a pet owner, I do not believe that caring about my dog's safety and treatment should be met with that kind of response. After learning about prior allegations involving the facility, these experiences raised additional concerns for me about the quality of care and professionalism provided. My review is based on my personal experience and concerns regarding my dog's treatment while in their care. Pet owners should ask detailed questions and make sure they are comfortable with a facility's practices before leaving their animals there.

But, Ashley is the best! She took a lot of time to meet with us before going solo with our dog, and really listened to my concerns and advice on the best way to make our dog comfortable with her. She has also worked with a local trainer (the same that we have used actually) so she has a great background in dog behavior and is very knowledgable. She's had many years in the pet sitting business and this is exactly that for her- a full time business. She's licensed and insured and far more responsible than your neighbors college age kid for pet sitting. I really appreciate that Ashley is very detail oriented and trustworthy- she is at my house when she says she will be, my dog is always fed, safe and happy, and my house is always locked and armed when she leaves. (Honestly, this is more than I can even manage some days lol) She's really one of the few people I trust with my crazy/challenging dog, and one of the few people that my dog seems to like and trust as well, and that in itself is a very high recommendation!

Although, we had some issue with staff being lazy and not paying attention to the dogs. My dog was getting beat up by another dog. The staff member was clearly on his phone and paid no attention. But this issue has been resolved. That was the only complaint I had and the manager/boss has addressed the issue. Other than that, this is a great place! Would definitely recommend!!
