WOW! I have loved Dawg Team ever since I found their midtown location. Every time I've visited the staff is friendly and helpful! I've used them for grooming once before and it was a great experience. They recently launched the mobile grooming service and I couldn't wait to take advantage. The team arrived 10 minutes early at my home for the appointment. About an hour later, I received my Levi exactly as I requested. I have had a few tough experiences getting my mini golden-doodle groomed but Dawg Team is perfect! They even included a Halloween shirt. read more

Awesome owner, she was super nice and friendly. Helped as a guest time customer to use the self washing bath. 10 dollars for a 10 minute walk seems a bit rushed, but the pups were left clean and smelling great. She also cleans between dogs, even from the same household. Will be back for more baths, treats, and probably a jersey this time. read more

Had a great first experience and will be coming back! We came in to use the dog wash for the first time and the man and women working were so friendly and helpful! They made sure we knew how to work the dog wash and the man working stayed and made sure our dog was comfortable and we were using the machine correctly. :) Both employees made us and our baby feel very comfortable and we will be back! I scheduled a grooming appointment for my cattle dog aka heeler. For those not familiar with this breed, they have an undercoat & shed like there is no tomorrow. My girl needed a good bath, after laying down in a mud puddle that morning, and needed a really good blow-out. The groomer does not arrive until 5:30pm. This is GREAT working folks. I showed up a bit early & John showed me around the facility. They have lots of cute outfits, leashes, high quality dog food (kibble & raw) & have partnered up with a local company that makes dog treats. The other thing I like about them is they carry the brand Victory. This food is great for pities & hard to find in our area. The staff there is extremely friendly & will gladly show you around to answer any questions. They have self-washing tub. This is not just any ordinary tub. It has all kinds of bells & whistles. You can also blow out your fur baby there. AND, they provide you with complimentary sprays. When I picked my girl up, I could tell what an EXCELLENT job they did. Her coat feels lighter. She was extremely happy. They told me she was really good & got into the bath. I said you must have been really rubbing her down because she does enjoy a good pampering. BTW... they do not release your fur baby until they feel he/she is perfect for their owner. I will now be taking my girl here & may try their self-washing station just to see how it goes.
