I would also have to pay 2 separate "vet fees" because I was bringing in 2 dogs, however I would be bringing them in SAME TIME so it made no sense to me. We canceled our appointment and were able to find MUCH MUCH MUCH cheaper vets that were just as good and the rabies vaccine was only $25 as opposed to $100+ for just the rabies plus $70-75 for the vet fee. Very unfortunate considering this place is very close by our home. Just wish they were more fair priced like almost every other vet in this city.

My 86 year old mother brought her 15 year old dog here for his yearly check up. Over $500 later she…read moreleft with two prescriptions. Upon getting home she sees that one of the pills is to be 1/4 & it is already the size of an ant. She tried to 1/2 it & it turns to dust. I come from across town to help her & bring my pill slicer & it again turns to dust. I take it back up there & the lady at the counter tells me they can't help me unless I make an appointment as they don't have time to cut the pills. BUT they will sell me a pill slicer or kindly make me another appointment to get the pills sliced that I can pay for. In the meantime the dog can't get its medicine but that doesn't seem to matter. That is also after they charged $20 to get the dog's nails cut after paying the over $ 500 for a yearly appointment. What happened to customer service or at least be accommodating to an 86 year old woman. Would not recommend to anyone as they just want to run tests & charge for everything.

After 10 exhausting months of battling with my dog, Theo--who treated his kennel like a personal torture chamber and barked like he was auditioning for a siren competition--I was completely worn out. We're talking nonstop, ear-piercing, dramatic barking for hours. I'm pretty sure the neighbors considered moving. Then we met Rebecca. Within ONE WEEK of obedience training, Theo transformed. He now goes into his kennel willingly--yes, willingly--and actually sleeps in it like a peaceful little angel. I still catch myself staring in disbelief. I spent nearly a year trying every trick in the book, and Rebecca came in and solved it like she had a cheat code for dog behavior. Her training style is calm, clear, and somehow makes you feel like you can actually do this. She understands dogs in a way that's almost magical. Theo loves her, and honestly, so do I.
