He had so, so, so many matted clumps of fur all over him and we were not sure how it would go, BUT it was amazing! Livia was SOOOO gentle, caring and spoke softly the entire time to this sweet ol man. After he was bathed, he lay on the grooming table purring like crazy, which made us all so happy, because he is no longer in pain do to all the matted fur. I highly recommend this young lady, she was so helpful, got us in the same day and helped us get the care this elderly kitty badly needed! And was very reasonable priced! We are regular go-ers to paws and beyond. We have been taking our Pinto for grooming with Archie…read morefor at least ten months, if not longer. Archie is great with dogs. He charges a really reasonable price. Pinto gets nervous and Archie is very gentle with him. He's also very honest, and will update you after how the appt went. There's a little window you can look through to see your dog groomed if you want. Archie is also the first groomer we ever had that actually asks us what we want for grooming and will make sure we are absolutely satisfied. And he is consistent every time. Because of such positive grooming experiences, we have also enrolled Pinto in their six week beginning obedience training course. Sharon is an excellent trainer. She's patient, attentive, responsive, observant and considerate. The group classes were well done. I learned a lot about dog behavior and nutrition too that I still put to daily use. Pinto has had great improvements on his leash w alking behavior and we are highly impressed. Overall this is a great place for your dog. We have not used their boarding services yet but would not hesitate in the future if we need to. I trust them and also trust Sharon's advice in case I ever have a doggie question.
