They tend to let you explore and help if you ask a question. They don't pester you or make you feel uncomfortable. I prefer that to being pressured. She then stands at the desk and proceeds to glare at me the whole time I'm in the store and on my way out of the store she is openly talking about me to the other workers. Unbelievably rude experience. The part that gets me is I was trying to give their store business and buy the shoes from them but they didn't have my size. Is it a store policy that I'm not allowed to purchase them elsewhere? Lastly no matter the situation the woman working there is clearly not cut out to work with the public. Very immature. She was older too which makes it more pathetic. She should know better. Workers are a reflection of your business and she is a very negative one.

This shop is well laid out by category - women's, men's, home goods, shoes, accessories, etc. Everything was clearly tagged and almost everything seemed to be under $10. The store and the items were clean and in good condition, but the clothing styles were pretty outdated and mostly mall brands. This would be a great place if you're in town or nearby for a vacation and realize you forgot something like water shoes or wanted to quickly get a sweatshirt for a chilly night.

I bough a candle for myself and one for my daughter! Loved the shop and hope to shop there again in our next trip to CC!!! It's well worth the trip and stop! The second time, I asked if she had gotten the pants, and she said " I forgot- let me take your contact data" which I gave and she told some more stories - less charming at this point. After another 2 weeks I went back and she said she forgot again and she took my info AGAIN. This time the stories were VERY tiresome. Guess what? I never got the pants. Again the clothes are great - I have 2 pair of linen cargo shorts I treasure - unfortunately they were from 2019 and totally revamped their men's shorts line. Shop Fat Face, but I'd avoid the Edgartown a store if you need customer service of any kind.....
