They do have small signs in their store that state 'returns will gladly be accepted within 7 days - for a store credit only'! that's a lousy catch! Oh and the credit is only good at the Mashpee location. When I burn through this credit I will never shop here again. My advice to shoppers - really think about any purchase or just pass it buy. The woman who helped me n the Beauty Department (Clarins) was very welcoming and attentive. I was purchasing a gift from for a friend. I was shopping at 1:00 pm on Tuesday the 25th. Unfortunately, I misplaced her business card. I was impressed that she did not to try to sell me products I didn't need at that time. She did give me several samples which I shared with my sister.
