They do have small signs in their store that state 'returns will gladly be accepted within 7 days - for a store credit only'! that's a lousy catch! Today was a petty busy day in the Mall. I went into Francesca's to take a break from pajama-hunting. Lyndsy spotted me right away and asked how I was. This was pretty cool because I live in PA. The woman who helped me n the Beauty Department (Clarins) was very welcoming and attentive. I was purchasing a gift from for a friend. I was shopping at 1:00 pm on Tuesday the 25th. Unfortunately, I misplaced her business card. I was impressed that she did not to try to sell me products I didn't need at that time. She did give me several samples which I shared with my sister. The masks are multilayered cotton and have fun sequin designs like pineapples, wine glasses, nautical themes etc. I was concerned they would not wash well but I've washed my pineapple and wine glass masks several times on the cold cycle in the washing machine and they hold up very well.
