When we were ready to ask questions, and there were many, Keith didn't disappoint. He's very knowledgeable of what he sells and has a great sense of humor. Very kind to our Grandson and took his time with us. The fact that you can actually get on the bike & ride around is awesome! Plenty of room and we musta spent at least half an hr in the big oversized lot. We came back a few days later Went for another test ride & asked more questions. I mentioned I was worried about the seat. Keith said " I have the seat for you" and switched it out and after about 2 minutes I knew it was perfect. We bought out bikes and have enjoyed them all summer. We have been back for accessories and again been very well taken care of. The prices were about average No more than the other bikes we checked out. They also service your bike if needed which is so important. Don't waste your time going to another place, ebikes 508 is the place to go!

The person behind the counter was very helpful. I hadn't been to this store since it opened and I worked in the area. I took a look around and will be back in the Spring for new summer gear.

After ordering online and double checking by phone re (free!) install service I was greeted by Stephanie (sp) who not only remembered my call but immediately identified the unique requirements for installation in my new Arai lid. After an assist from the equally knowledgeable Kelly (sp) and another teammate behind the scenes, my system was gtg a short time later. This is my second time buying and installing a Cardo system via Cycle Gear and I couldn't be happier with the online/in-store experience. He noticed that I had an antifreeze leak, and I quickly identified the source. He offered to top off my coolant reservoir and wouldn't take any money for it. So I really had to trust the employees that they knew what they were talking about & wouldn't oversell me for no reason. I've never regretted it. 3 years later, my helmet is still my most beloved & important piece of gear to date. The women's gear section is pretty limited - but that's unfortunately the norm. Also the store is small, so I don't hold it against them. They seem to have a really good community there. I've run into customers who don't have any specific reason they came/item they need to buy, they're just there for the vibes. Love the motorcycle parking only spots right out front, too. I have read the reviews here and I get it that sometimes shit happens. I would like to share my…read morepast two experiences using these guys. Last fall my charging system went on my bike. I called two maybe 3 places to get the job done. No one could fit me in. Not being from the area and not having a garage of my own I was jacked up. I found these guys on the internet. My street glide is gorgeous and I was nervous. I picked it up two days later running like a top. Zero issues, scratches or dents. Great Job ! Second experience. I needed front fork seals in my Dyna. Weymouth Roads suck. I called them they said bring it down. Two days later I picked up my Dyna front end tight as a drum. I just wanted to say they are capable of helping you. While I was there I had a part fit question for my street glide and they helped me out by looking up what I needed for the other bike they was not fixing. Give them a try. They will save you money,time and use the right stuff for parts.
