After some digging, I saw a Facebook post stating the business had closed, but relying solely on a Facebook post is not sufficient when the booking system is still active and sending confirmation texts. As an out-of-town client, there was no way for me to know my appointment was no longer valid. No call, no text, no cancellation notice. This was not a casual appointment -- it was for a wedding -- and the lack of communication forced me to scramble at the last minute. If a business is closing, booked clients should be proactively notified and all booking systems disabled. This situation could have been avoided with basic communication. Thankfully, I was able to find another salon last minute -- Primp and Blow Chandler -- who completely saved the day. Five stars to them for stepping in on short notice and doing an amazing job.

She took almost 4 hours on my hair, but I never felt like she was in a hurry. It felt like she knows that it takes time to create perfection and allows for that when she books her appointments. I have gotten more compliments on my hair and how natural it looks. What you see is what you get with Stacy - an honest, kind, funny, good-hearted person who wants you to feel awesome because she makes you look awesome. She's that person you meet for the first time and you want to just hang out and have a beer with her.
