I have a ~40 year old Pfaff 1215 that I use to make big kites and the foot pedal had died. As well, the machine was struggling with some of the 3 and 4 layer heavy nylon sewing that I do which I have to use heavy duty upholstery thread for which really works the machine hard. Victor took a hold of that thing and in just a few minutes figured out how he could set me up with a working foot petal (a factory replacement would have been $80) and also do a complete reconditioning (which usually runs $100) - both for $150. Victor is very knowledgeable about the inner workings and construction of the sewing machines he services and I can vouch he carries on the tradition of his father's commitment to good service. This job requires business attirw more so, suits or classy polos are acceptable. He never had a suit before. We knew the range of his size based on suits we tried on at the mall. A gentleman helped us for a brief moment, and then the assistant manager Amber. She is bubbly, energetic, funny, and super sweet! She was telling us all the deals they had on suits for different brands. One brand was buy one get one free, and another had deals with the pants. She also shared the cheap price of dress shirts 3 for $99. She helped my boyfriend find ones he liked. He found a grey, navy blue, and black one. Let me just say this. I can not believe how overly sensitive and accomodating she was with him. He is color blind and has sensitive eyes. He only likes greys, blacks, and blues when it comes to shirts or suits. I told her that he hates all kinds of patterns and bright colors. She did not scrutinize him or judge him. She was super helpful in finding items in those tones. She matched ties and shirts with the suits. We ended up buying all three suits and then three shirts as well. They are super comfortable and nice as well. He saved over $1200 because of the deals going on in the store, thanks to Amanda. She said he would get 2 $50 coupons in the mail because of how much he spent. We paid for alterations as well, and had no issues with the pants. They were done in a timely manner, and they made the process super quick. I want to add that when my boyfriend came to try on the pants again, they were super respectful. She even labeled the hangers with the names of the colors for each suit! I thought this was super amazing! She knew that he could not tell the difference, as I told her that he struggled to tell which was blue or black. She did not judge him or treat him poorly. I was so happy to hear he was accomodated. We came in the store today, July 27th, because I saw some short sleeve polos. It had been very hot out lately and polos are acceptable in his workplace. Once again we walked in and we were treated with respect. We were asked many times like last time if we needed help or if we were looking for something in particular. We saw Amber and she was excited to see us, remembered us, and asked if we brought the coupons too! She helped find some polos, but my boyfriend is so basic. She helped me find the sizes for a polo that was liquid soft. He was obsessed with them, and so we ordered some online. She is going to have them ship it to our home, as they did not carry any in his size or any in one particular color. She helped me find the listing online to see the color shades. We only spent $40 on shirts that were all $30 a piece because of the coupon! Amazing! I do want to add one more thing. Sometimes I dress like a complete bum. When we came in to buy suits, I was wearing baggy men's basketball shorts. I was wearing a baggy basketball shirt as well. I looked so bad! My hair was a complete mess. This did not alter the way I was treated. My boyfriend had basketball shorts on as well. Amanda still treated us with the utmost respect and wanted to see us happy. She wanted to ensure we were well taken care of during our shopping experience. Usually when I dress down, store clerks will ignore us and think we are just looking. The gentleman at the kiosk(2ft in front of me) looks straight past me…read moreand asked the person behind me if he needed help completely ignoring that I waited for 15 mins. - there were 2 brand new people being trained and were completely unprofessional going to and fro from things needed to be done ignoring the customers needs. - the one gentleman qualified to help me was going all over the store putting out fires without communicating to me he was leaving to do something else. - felt rushed out of the store(mind you I am the groom) - ask questions about my fit and policies and the gentlemen failed to realize I was the groom because whoever put my bridal party in the system put my best man at the top of the list. There are moments you look forward to getting married and I was really hoping this would be a fun experience and this was one of the worst customer service experience I have had anywhere.

Even though it was busy, this gentleman measured him and got him in a suit so fast. He tried on another blue one with a slightly different color and chose that one. The gentleman told him to pick out any ahirt and tie as well. We weren't sure what the price was so we asked. He said it was $139 for the whole suit, tie, and shirt. The only additional charge is any alterations. It only cost $15 for the alterations though. He said it will be ready on Wednesday for pickup any time. We are so excited.
