The young lady at Needle&Thread patiently received me and helped me pick a button most similar to what I have on the coat and finished the job within 5 minutes for me when I told her I was in a real hurry. I was going to find another place else since it was last minute but he was persistent on getting it tailored. Kept changing his mind , even though I had to remind him when I needed it picked up. Eventually, he remembered and said our agreed day was okay. I was grateful he took it in. The day of pickup I called in the afternoon and asked about my tailored product, they suggested I pick it up the next morning since it wasn't ready yet. I was mad, I said i needed it picked up on a day we all agreed on! Luckily, they were able to suggest pickup later in the evening. I was able to get my product, but it wasn't worth the stress. I walked in with no appointment and was greeted by John who could not have been nicer. I asked about the repair I needed and john toke care of it while I waited. Very professional, and very good.
