This was despite having been verbally assured that the dress will be ready in less than four months. I guess it was meant to teach your customers a lesson on not to trust anything your staff say? Save your money and gas and don't bother with this 'boutique' (which is a dubious claim, since I've seen literal facebook marketplace sellers behave more professionally than this supposed 'business'). They zipped up when I sent an email with photo evidence and receipt. I got a half-hearted 'we'll look into it' reply when I reached out on their FB business page, then it was also soon ignored. I was mostly baffled, because all I wanted was a shipping label so that I could send the wrong dress back to the store and get the right one sent to me. Or, if they absolutely could not send me the right dress for whatever dang reason, issue me a refund and let us part ways. You know, like any logical business would do when they mess up and give their customer the wrong merchandise. I never imagined that I would instead witness a behavior akin to a child sticking their fingers into their ears and pretending to hear nothing.

After seeing the dress on me she agreed it was not good at all. Robyn was absolutely not rude to me once, her receptionist was. Robyn did offer for me to come have the dress altered at the store, for a price. This felt incredibly offensive as the dress is horrible and she is aware I can't make it to Abby from Burnaby in rush hour after work before they close. I tried twice to pick the dress up and failed. I have now had this dress "fixed" the best it can be by a professional seamstress. This was the second seamstress I had look at the dress. Both agreed the dress does not look as it does in the picture. It sits completely different. The dress is now fitted to me and still looks just terrible. The bride will have an absolutely beautiful wedding day. She completely understands mine, and a few of the other girls, issues with this dress. This will not effect her perfect day as we will make it work for her. I still stand by my previous review and will never purchase another item to this company. The customer is absolutely not always right, however in this case, unfortunately for me, I am.
