In order to hold us over during the new install, he provided mini-portable units that we placed downstairs. Mike, himself, personally brought them to our door on a weekday after 9PM. 5. The technicians are all very knowledgable. In the past, I have had young technicians come over my house that didn't really know much. That is definitely not true for these guys. 6. They moved my thermostat upstairs to a place that is more suited for the structure of the house (under return in hallway as opposed to two (2) thermostats: 1 in master bedroom, in which there is no air handler, and the FROG). 7.
