Not only did they try to charge us $160 (full price for it), she didn't even let her manager know of the mishap that happened earlier regarding the email sent to my wife and what the charges would be because of it. This past week I made an appointment with Shannon and she was amazing. Deep tissue is never fun, one might add it hurts a bit sometimes but Shannon was amazing and worked her magic, I walked with a tight back and neck, I left feeling great. I suffer from severe body pain from a broken back when I was younger, some areas are more sensitive than other areas which if care isn't taken can either send me flying off the table or crippled me for the next couple of days in bed. In order to hold the time they needed a credit card number My wife gets up for her appt and calls them to change her appt (change not cancel, change) due to her feeling dizzy and nauseous. Nope the cheerful voice responds, sorry we charged your card as this is a last minute cancellation...no it was a women who got out of the hospital the day previous asking to simply move the appt to tomorrow. And with all the compassion the voice could muster, "no, I told you last minute cancellations get charged. And we can't change the appt. " $70 for just saying no and not even trying to offer understanding. For a business built on creating a calm nurturing environment... easy money. To me this sums up the product they sell. Empty

The lady did not ask me about any of the problem areas I had circled or asked if I had any injuries or anything to be cautious of, which I did not but still thought it was odd because I've never had such an impersonal massage experience. Like I mentioned, I got a deep tissue massage and it was really nice, I cannot complain about the quality, however, I wish there was more discussion on the massage and using my input and asking questions about what areas I wanted to focus on.
