Most of the time I go with whatever therapist is available, but after my last visit, I now have a new favorite that I'll be requesting everytime -- shoutout to Rosie! I like firm pressure and therapeutic massages that actually feel like more than just oil being rubbed on my body. I was so impressed by Rosie's technique and it was one of the best foot massages I've had in awhile. It's important to mention that the 1-hr experience is more than just a foot massage. It starts off with a foot soak, aromatherapy, and neck/shoulder/scalp/arm/hand massage before even beginning the feet. After the main foot massage, it ends with a hot stone massage on your feet and lower legs followed by hot towels & exfoliation to remove all the excess oil. For $75, this really is one of the best values I've experienced. It's a dimly lit open room concept with about 14 loungers (not private), but it's always very quiet and relaxing. If you're visiting with one other person, you can request a private room when you arrive and they'll accommodate you if it's available. They now also offer full body massages in their private rooms that you can book.

We both requested the hard pressure. Full body massage with hot stones, hand masks, massage oil, face mask, post massage waters and candles. Joy and Fiona were our masseuses and they were fantastic. We felt they were knowledgeable and knew where and how to work at all of our knots. Everyone was so nice and the massage spa itself is very clean, quiet, and tidy. I don't know if the…read morelanguage barrier is what caused the misunderstanding but I originally went in for a couples massage and facial but then the ladies are coming to me saying for massage it would be in one room and the facial would have to be in another but then another lady came to us saying we can just stay in one room and she even said with her own words that we are actually getting a better deal than our original services so I was under the impression we were gonna get a facial and scalp massage & body massage, because I specifically asked if we were still gonna get the body massage and she said yes and smiled, but we only got scalp massage and facial and at the end of the session they said we were done I asked them what happened to the body massage and again she didn't understand me and asked for a tip. As for the facial they didn't ask me what kind of facial I wanted. I was gonna ask for an extracting facial but instead they did what they wanted to do and just rubbed essential oils on my face and by the time I left my acne was so irritated and red and the next day I started breaking out more. For the scalp massage it was nice but they didn't do anything special that my hair stylist doesn't do already when she washes my hair at the hair salon.

She made me feel completely comfortable from the start, and the experience felt very personalized. Before beginning, they have you smell two different aromatherapy oils to see what your body needs, which was such a thoughtful touch. The massage itself was incredible, I would absolutely book with her again. Afterward, we spent time enjoying the rest of the amenities, especially the pool. The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The staff really goes above and beyond, they set you up with a covered chair and even drape a towel to create a pillow for you.
