Allora Day Spa was my Valentine's gift from a close friend, and it turned out to be such a relaxing experience. My services included a facial and a full-body massage. The facial was first, and it was amazing very soothing and refreshing. After that, I headed in for the full-body massage, as you can see in the photos below. That massage was exactly what my body needed. Honestly, I could have used more time because it was that good. The only downside is that I can't remember my masseuse's name. I really wish I had written it down so I could recommend her properly. The overall aesthetic of the spa was beautiful very mellow, with neutral tones and calming artwork on the walls, as you'll see in the pictures. Will I return? YESSSS, absolutely. read more

This is my [[HIGHLIGHT]]first visit to Allora Day Spa - Winter Park. A friend set up a spa day that included a massage, facial and scalp massage. First, their confirmation process was efficient. Confirmation emails came with clear pricing and there was an appointment reminder via email and text[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] . [[HIGHLIGHT]]In the reminder via email, you had the option to check-in and fill out the required forms in advance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There is a parking lot where this place is located which is nice. When you walk in, it is a dimly lit, tranquil environment. I did not do the forms in advance but you were able to check-in and do that at the front desk. This spa is what I call "no frills" meaning you go in for your treatments and there aren't any other amenities outside of the waiting area that has tea, water and snacks. My LED facial and scalp massage was amazing. I was glowing and my skin felt amazing afterward. The hot stone massage was divine. The moment we walked in, the space felt calming, cute, and welcoming -- exactly the vibe you want when you're trying to unwind. I booked a 90‑minute deep tissue massage with Stephanie, and she was phenomenal. She worked out every knot with the perfect amount of pressure, and the entire session felt like pure bliss. Back here to write a review because I will never forget my experience at Allora Spa. It was terrible. The massage therapist was extremely unexperienced. My back was in pain for days after it. It gave a up-and-coming salon. It didn't give luxury service. You're paying almost 100 bucks sometimes even more for fair service. The only thing I can say is if you're going to book this salon, keep some Advil or Tylenol for the next day because your back will be in pain. read more

I have a membership and normally go to the Downtown location, though I usually come here if bringing a guest. I think this location is definitely the more beautiful/aesthetically pleasing between the two, and I love the bright, yet earthy design. I haven't found a favorite massage therapist here yet, but have enjoyed both massages that I've gotten here. read more

Had a great massage at Allora Day spa in Winter Park the other day! We actually have been members with Allora at the original downtown location for over three years. They have now expanded to include three total locations one in Winter Park one in downtown and one over at Dr. Phillips area. The facilities are very clean. They have a lounge with water, champagne, and snacks while you wait and the actual massage rooms are always very clean as well. Their staff are professional and well trained, always do a very thorough job in the massage. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We've been going to Kiara in the downtown location for the past few years! Avoid this placed like plague. Expensive massages from inexperienced masseuses. An amazing spa! They just opened this location in May and I have already been twice. A great atmosphere (they also have a GREAT red wine ;) ) The masseuses are extremely detail oriented and truly listen to the areas you want them to focus on. I had Marcela as my masseuse this time and she was phenomenal. Relieved all the tension in my shoulders from stress and did great reflexology. Will be coming back! read more
