She asked the only employee that was there if she can have help because she attempted to bring them out and and they started to go everywhere and tangling, the person replied that they had no one to help.. because the balloons where not done in a timely manner they arrived after our guest had started arriving at the event. Not done at the time promised and no help to get them out of the store and for what i paid.. smh!!!
