I went back and forth between deciding to book and ended up doing so. I used their online booking site which gives you all the details and their policies. Eye brow sugaring and tinting came to $35. My appointment was with Amber, she was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my appointment Amber and I talked about skincare and she gave me some tips to help with a blemish on my cheeks. They also offer facials which I have an appointment booked for 5/16. Well, I've been sugaring for almost a year now, and I was going to a place in Hampton, VA, which was a little ways from me, as I live in Suffolk, VA. This was my first experience with sugaring and Amber made it wonderful! Hair removal isn't exactly my favorite activity but I had heard great things about sugaring in general and this place. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful (particularly when I had trouble entering the front door). Amber was really personable and easy to talk to throughout my appointment. Most importantly, she did a really through job. She knew a lot about hair removal and was really confident in her work. I can't wait to see her for my next appointment. I went here for sugaring and the experience was so calming. After my wax they gave me a warm towel with lavender. Along with great customer service to scheduling, front desk experience and my esthetician being so sweet I got sent home with a little goody bag with a piece of chocolate, a sample of sugar scrub and a discount card they sent a personalized thank you card with an additional discount. Also they do military discounts on top of the discount for returning. That's 25% off. Great price, great service and clean establishment. This was my first experience getting a brazilian wax by sugaring. It was a great experience! When you come you have to enter a code for the door, which is very safe (they send you the code in a text day of your appointment). I didn't get in the first time. They greet you and you fill out a form. My esthetician Echo was awesome! She informed me of everything she was doing beforehand, and she made me feel comfortable. We talked about a lot of things during the process. I know they are expanding and I can't wait to return and see the new office. I'm actually glad they are, because the only thing I didn't like about the office was that the waxing room I was in was right off the lobby. The bathroom was clean. My very first body hair removal session started off with extreme anxiety and ended in friendship. I feel like Carol and I are friends now, she just doesn't know it yet. She intuitively knew I was anxious and eased me through the process. Carol truly considers all parts of her customer's experience such as pointing a fan in the right spot to relieve nervous sweating, and running lemongrass oil in her diffuser to soothe the senses. She made me feel so relaxed! Instead of adding on services to increase the total sale, she told me I didn't need a vajacial (it's a thing), performed a couple extractions, and called it a day. The sugaring left my skin exceptionally soft. My interaction with the front desk staff was also pleasant. I've had 2 appointments here so far, both with Echo! My first appointment was to get my eyebrows tinted and waxed since they haven't been touched in years. They turned out absolutely beautiful, just in time for my birthday. During my first appointment I was just making conversation and ended up talking about my skin not being the best and she suggested setting up a second appointment for a facial. So I did and that turned out great as well! She sent me home with samples and lots of knowledge after the very relaxing facial.
