Both out of this world and like the Reese's old commercial together they tasted amazing. I explain I ordered and it's given me a time and that I'd I won't be getting my food I'd like a refund. She says call the app it's not her problem they've been closed all day. She also stated they've been getting orders all day and haven't done any. I express that it's poor customer service to not update any of the apps and allow for ordering to still occur. It's a real inconvenience when I've driven this far and wasted my time. Was told again she has nothing to do with it and they're closed. She said they've gone through 15 managers and she has nothing to do with it but she's the shift manager. Another girl comes over blonde hair and says shes on the phone with the owner and they cancelled all online ordering platforms. I picked up my phone and went on the app and showed them it's still active and accepting orders. If the company isn't accepting ordering online or via apps that is their job to deactivate any and all of the services. What's really a shame is not one of them even say "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". At this point this is just incompetence all around. Another customer came up right while I was up there speaking with the two ladies and they told her the same thing. I do not recommend this business. Hopefully they can get a 16th manager who can get them situated as they should completely reevaluate their customer service. If they can't they should sell it or close their doors for good.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and all of their donuts were out on display looking amazing. I love supporting small businesses, so I figured I'd give them a try. They hand-roll and fry all of their donuts in-house, and you can absolutely tell. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and made with care. I asked for recommendations and ended up getting the maple bacon and the s'mores donuts. I also had the chance to try their glazed donut and wow... that ended up being my favorite out of everything. I would honestly come back just for the glazed. It had the perfect amount of glaze -- sweet but not overpowering -- and the donut itself was thick, soft, and fluffy. The ratio was perfect. These donuts have substance. They're not the type that melt away instantly, but they're still super soft and fresh. They're exactly the kind of donuts you can actually chew and enjoy. The maple bacon was perfectly balanced with crispy bacon and just the right amount of maple, and the s'mores donut was huge, rich, and such a fun treat. I would choose these donuts over Dunkin or grocery store donuts any day. They explained everything and even talked to me about the cannolis and different fillings (specifically no chocolate chips in the cream as most Americans do this but traditionally in Italy, they are not in the cream). Anyway, we loved some of the items and others not so much. But definitely worth coming to try. I do need to go earlier to try some of the things that sell out so quick. So come check them out for yourself.
