My waxer was Sarah and she was phenomenal. She was engaging, nice and knowledgeable about their products and process and membership. As a first timer getting sugared, I felt at ease and reassured Her technique was flawless because it was painless and efficient! I've been coming here to get sugared for 2 years and the sugar mamas are always nice and welcoming. Some of my favorite sugar mamas have left but everyone is pretty skilled there so I don't mind seeing others. The office is clean, there is only street parking but it's never hard to find parking. The most I've had to walk is 5 min. If you know your service will be done in less than 30, you can even park in front. They used to do 5 packs but now they only do 3 packs, which is also fine. I've been sugar'd before, even at this location and I was pleased with the service. It's always clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Today my esthetician was Arlette and she was very professional. Getting hair removal is always an anxiety driven experience for me, but I have to say Arlette did a great job even when she got to "the spicy area", her follow through was a first, she made sure she provided what I asked for. I have been coming to sugar cove for a year now. All the sugar mama's + receptionist are so kind and welcoming. The prices are fairly priced too! I came in to get sugared and a vajacial today and Sarah was amazing - she made me feel so comfortable and seen. I have been struggling with ingrown hairs in my bikini area and she took her time explaining how I can improve that area. Really enjoyed my first visit at Sugar Cove! I had a last minute trip planned and called on a Friday to get a Saturday morning appointment. The receptionist was so nice and knowledgeable and thankfully was able to fit me in for an appointment. She was really sweet and gave me the run down of their services and the facility. Parking is easy since there's multiple street options and the facility is easy to find since it's well placed. When I arrived, I immediately loved the vibe of Sugar Cove. It had a cheery and bright atmosphere. The receptionist Kryzla sweetly welcomed me and let me know that my sugarist Phoenyx would be with me to do my Brazilian sugaring. I loved Phoenyx! While waxing is never fun, she made the experience painless and easy. She's easy to talk to and fast which made the appointment fly by. Kat is amazing! I've been a member for about 4 years now and have had several different Sugar Mamas. They've all been pretty good but Kat is by far my favorite. She always takes her time getting every stubborn hair yet works quick and efficiently. She encourages me to try new things but isn't pushy about it. We always have the best stories to share and I look forward to seeing her as much as the service she is providing (maybe more than). The rooms are always clean and the music is always good. I love this place. Came here before 2020 and of course had to stop because of that and now I started coming again because now I have no excuse. The customer service here is exceptional. First time back and I was greeted and offered a beverage which at that time I was not thirsty. I believe the manager was onsite and she was and is beyond sweet. My first visit back I had service with Braneisha. My second time back I had service with Ana. I don't know who I love more. They are the best sugar Mamas. Neither left me with stragglers. They both are beyond gentle. Ana went out of here way to make sure any extras left hiding were taken care of and she made sure I left a super happy camper. These two Sugar Mamas gave great conversation, were very professional and funny and friendly. They made it easy to make the choice to come back. They do charge $76 for a Full Brazilian. You can get 6 Brazilians for $390 which is $65 each. I come in for the full Brazilian. Painless!!!! Of course they have their Fur products. I've bought the Fur set and the fur white bottle. Can't remember which it's for. But I still use them. Helps with preventing ingrown and soothes the area. I haven't had the pleasure of trying any of the other gals here but I can definitely say that you will be pleased with Ana and Braneisha. They take care of you and so does the Manager. I wanna start by saying Kat is absolutely the best & makes sure she takes her time & gets your service right. Unfortunately she's only available Sunday's. I had Giselle twice & both times, she simply sugared my armpits & never went in with tweezers. Much to my dissatisfaction the next morning, I emailed customer service & the manager, Amanda, was not very apologetic. Attached is an excerpt from her first reply email. If I am coming in to get hair removal in my underarms, I expect to get my hair removed. Why should I have to explicitly state that to your employees? The hairs are clearly long & noticeable & this is from the front, imagine my view from the side. After some back & forth, I am not getting a refund & I was told 2 days later (not in the initial email from Amanda) that I have 2 days to come in for a clean up. So basically, Amanda said you can come in today & fix it up, but unfortunately my schedule doesn't permit. It would've been nice to know I had an extra day. Customers beware. Make sure you get what you pay for because it's not cheap!!! read more

They called me 2 days before my appointment to have me change the time since the person I booked it with wasn't in that day. I had an appointment after, so it was difficult to move around my plans. My eyebrows aren't even in general, but when my beautician did them, they were different shapes. I asked her to take off some of the hairs. It was a bit more even. There were some baby hairs she didn't remove. She asked if it was ok. I didn't want to be picky. I could remove the small hairs myself. I looked back at old pictures of when I did my brows at my old sugaring place (I moved, and it's a bit of a drive), and it was even and straight. She seemed a bit careful and did a small section at a time, so she didn't get that straight line on my other side of my eyebrows. My beautician was super nice and the place was nice and clean. I don't think I would come back because they weren't skilled enough. read more
