$10 eyebrow threading, no long waiting, clean atmosphere, friendly employees... it's been years since I've had my brows threaded and it was my daughters first time. Sauci was patient and calm with my daughter who's eyes kept watering, she moved slowly to give us the opportunity and preference to go thinner instead of straight going to the point of no return. Not impressed at all sadly. I went here to get my eyebrows threaded since being referred by a friend and let's just say I won't be back. Even his sister wasn't impressed by how her brows were threaded here, so I know it wasn't just me.. My eyebrows were threaded so unevenly & obvious to the point that my mom noticed as well so I went back into the shop shortly after staring at my uneven brows in my car mirror, to get them somewhat fixed after the brow lady butchered & threaded the sharp ends of my brows off.. Although the lady was kind (an older lady with glasses), she didn't listen to my suggestions when I told her I should more than likely sit up so she can ensure that my brows are evened out like I would do at my other brow shop because one brow is a bit smaller than the other but I guess it went over her head. I stumbled upon this place a couple weeks ago while walking in the mall. i'm new to the are and needed a new brow lady badly. i finally decided to make an appointment and used their online scheduling system which was soo easy and quick. upon entering the shop, i noticed how clean the place was and how welcoming the vibes were too. Pramila threaded my whole face and was super kind and gentle throughout. i have extremely sensitive skin and the thread she used hasn't caused any flares/rashes thankfully. She literally got every single hair off my face - perfectionnnn!! i asked her to leave my widows peak & sideburns alone as i prefer more of a natural thread look and she took my request. she also perfected my brow shape while cleaning them up. im overall really happy i finally gave this place a shot. my new go-to! thanks yall. oh! they also have a stamp rewards system which is nice!! read more

I popped in around 10 in the morning on a weekday and it was quick and easy to get a spot. There was one young lady getting her brows done before me and then I was taken right away. This place is brand new and is very clean and plays some fun upbeat music. Parking is available in the structure and then walk in to the mall close to the furniture store. I noticed this new place while shopping. I saw the sign of grand opening and free lip threading with brow threading. I love a good deal so I decided to check it out. I was just about to walk down to Sephora to schedule a brow wax. I decided to get my brows done. The worker (I forgot to get her name ) mentioned they just opened last week. This is an expansion from their threading place in the Culver City Westfield Mall. She did a great job! Besides the awesome promo right now of the free lip threading, the prices are really reasonable! I'll definitely be back! read more

Stumbled upon this space while shopping, I've been considering microblading so when I saw the pricing I thought I'd give them a shot. My 3 year old was with me so I was hesitant but the technician was very personable and great with my son while we waited the 7-10 minutes needed for the tint to set. I was told it would last 2weeks so I will follow up. She asked all the right questions, what do I usually do with my brows, what shape and color do I prefer and so on. The store itself is very new, clean and I love the ambience and vibe it gives. A pretty young lady attended me and did a wonderful job on my brows. Palmilla literallly saved my eyebrows! The last time I got them threaded by a different lady and she completely butchered them didn't even help shape them correctly. I'm am SO PLEASED with my service that I want the world to know! I had tried waxing at other places but was always WAY TOO PAINFUL for me to go back. I saw an advertisement about Kamana Palace and saw the prices were really good so I thought I should give it a try maybe they do a better job than other places I had gone to. A very nice young lady that worked there named SHARMILA was so pleasant, professional, calm and nice came to help me for the waxing service. I told her that I had very bad experiences before. She was very comforting, understanding and calm and assured me it's not going to be that bad. I couldn't believe it! She is SO GOOD at her job! The pain was minimal it she was very quick. All these years I suffered being waxed by other people. Only if I knew it IS POSSIBLE to have a good experience. THANK YOU SHARMILA I will send all my friends there. She's really made a bad name for herself because she was good, but what she's doing now is BAD. I think she might be a real estate salesperson in which she has a fiduciary duty to her real estate clients, she needs to be ethical and have a duty to her other clients as well. Taking my $175.00 under false pretense is FRAUD.

Ultimately, my wife couldn't sleep that night and woke up with a lot of red bumps all around her vaginal area. Spots where it look like she was burnt. She had to go to urgent care for treatment. I showed the first stylist multiple reference photos of what I wanted, but she ended up adding a very dark root color to my already lightened hair, which was the complete opposite of the look I asked for. After expressing my concerns, the salon did have another stylist step in to help correct it, which I appreciated, although I waited nearly two hours in between. The second stylist made me feel much more comfortable and did improve the situation, but I still left unhappy with my hair overall. The correction consisted of using a color remover on the roots and applying toner to the rest of my hair, and I was charged $265 for it. At the end of the day, my hair looked better than what the first stylist did but still nowhere near what I originally asked for or envisioned. I'm leaving this review because I think communication and transparency are incredibly important, especially with color services. What upset me most was not just the outcome, but the way the situation was handled overall. I understand that corrections can take time and effort, but if I was going to be charged $265 for a corrective service after my hair was initially mishandled, that should have been clearly communicated to me beforehand. I truly wanted to love this salon and leave feeling taken care of, but unfortunately I left feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and unhappy with the overall experience.

It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

The place is clean, well-maintained, and has a relaxing vibe.
