The setup itself looked cute, but they forgot to add extra chairs for the additional kids we paid for. Speaking of which, charging about $40 per extra child on top of the package is pretty unreasonable, especially since the base party only includes 15 kids. You technically get two hours of playtime, but in reality, one of those hours is used for eating, cutting the cake, and singing--leaving only about an hour of actual play. The room itself was also hot and humid, which made it uncomfortable for both the kids and adults. I had to ask about the a/c and they told me i could open the other party room next door to let some air in. The party host also seemed unprepared and a bit clueless. At one point, she was awkwardly stacking pizzas in one hand and passing them out in a way that left guests staring. She even forgot about the piñata until I reminded her, and instead of letting the kids enjoy breaking it open, she started ripping the box apart herself. It completely took away from the experience. To make matters worse, the food came out burnt, and we were missing items we had ordered. For the amount paid, I expected a much smoother, more professional experience. Unfortunately, I would not book another party here. It definitely was not worth it for me.

They had a dining area with small tables for adults & two picnic tables for the kids. The cake area was safely off to the side. I liked how there were 2 bathrooms options in the dining area & play area. Shoes must be removed and placed in the cubby space when in the play area. There were several activities to explore and the design was very cute. Kids can even dress up in costumes. There was also an option to paint wooden pieces. I thought the 2 hosts were very nice and helped the parents to stay on track of time. I really thought the male host was very good with genuinely interacting with the kids & showed care & interest for the actual party. I liked the Disney music being played as well. I would definitely consider this place for a potential birthday party for my own kids.

We were given incorrect information about where/how to set up for our party, which ultimately resulted in confusion with another party. We were then accused of being late, even though we were not late (there was 3 parties similar ages and same names different spelling). Instead of management clarifying that the confusion was caused by incorrect information given to us, the other party's parents confronted and verbally attacked us. The lack of organization and communication from management was unacceptable, and the situation could have been easily avoided with proper communication. Sharing this so other parents can double-check every detail, even with us providing correct info, and echoing back info we received we were still told the wrong info. We expected a fun birthday experience, not unnecessary drama caused by poor management and communication.

I also like that the place is wide open and you can see pretty much everything from where to choose to stand. They have a dodgeball area of the older kids and a separate one for the littles. Another win! Besides trampolines, they have swings, little obstacle courses, bouncy games and all kids of fun! I noticed they have drinks for sale, but I really didn't pay attention if they had food or not. We had pizza because we were at a party - in a party room. The employees took care of everything: Passing out pizza, cutting the cake, gathering the kids for a group photo. I felt like it was very well organized. You do not have to pay per child (like other venues), so this makes the location and destination is WIN. You can bring in your own food, with no up costs from the church. They rent the space out on Saturdays and you are given three time slots to choose from. You need to book well in advance because this place books up quick. The contact person was available at any time to ask questions. And there is always someone assigned to work the area during the parties. We have had a fantastic experience, both hosting a party, and also being invited to one. From the little littles to the older kids - this place is a hit! We LOVE IT! It was so much easier to cover a kid (safely) compared to other places that didn't have enough balls in the pit or it was really shallow. Obviously there is only so much playing kids between 1 y.o. - 5 y.o. in our group can do before they need a nap. All the employees were great to work with.

As newcomers to the facility, it was difficult to settle in because there was a lot of noise and distraction--many kids were yelling, not listening, and playing around in a way that made it hard for others to stay focused. The overall lack of cooperation among the kids made it challenging for my own children to engage and follow along. On top of that, the coaching could have been more clear and direct. During the obstacle course, instructions weren't always well communicated, which left me stepping in to guide my kids myself so they could participate properly. One positive note was Coach Aiden, who seemed to genuinely understand how to guide the kids and was especially helpful with my son, who felt overwhelmed during the session. I really appreciated the support he gave in helping him settle and participate. Unfortunately, once that support wasn't present and the class returned to a more chaotic and loud environment, my son became overwhelmed again and struggled to continue participating. I can see potential in the program, but a stronger structure, clearer coaching, and better overall group management would make a big difference for new families, like mine, trying to join KidStrong.
