While this spot has an impressive menus of liquid (and alcoholic) sweets, it also has a staggering number of edible options, sweet and savory alike! So if you've yet to visit, I'd highly recommend taking a look at the menu beforehand, planning your trip around down hours (it gets busy), and sitting at the upstairs bar! We ordered a VERY decorated vanilla milkshake, and a beautifully colored single serving drink that I no longer recall the name of (I blame the alcohol). Well, the name pretty much says it all. My daughter's cheer squad held their team dinner at Sugar Factory on the strip tonight. They took a party bus and were treated like royalty by the staff. We walked from NYNY since it wasn't too far. The food was good, better than expected actually. The drinks were good as well though I'd recommend sharing since they are a bit pricey (but large so not too terrible). They ordered a HUGE ice cream trough (pretty sure that's accurate LOL) for the girls and they dug into that mountain of ice cream. They were covered in whipped cream and they had a blast. Definitely pricey like most things in Vegas but some great memories made tonight. read more

The food is what saved this review because if it was based off service, I would give negative stars. The staff was rude and inattentive. Our waiter was better when it came closer to closing our tab but I found a purse in one of the stalls. I went to turn it in and the staff literally walked away from me. Once they got a table for us (we had young children in our group) it was bad height and different heights! Everyone who is anyone loves these huge big oversized sugar concoctions that come with dry ice and some science while one waits. If you have never ever had them, go ahead. The martinis are just as delicious and don't include all that sugar while enjoying your alcohol. Alchemy is truly incredible, but for 45 for this dry ice concoction have two martinis instead. If your into shots, don't be surprised how much they are. Seventeen dollars a shot. The apple Sour Martini is delicious. They make a mean Chocolate Martini that has the perfect balance making it excellent. It tastes a little bitter, not too sweet. Discover what your happiness tastes like. Onto the food portion of the menu. It's not a birthday without the ones that you love the most. The twins sit here waiting for the food patiently. To start let's add some buffalo spice with their house chicken wings. Make sure and order extra buffalo sauce, one can use the sauce with the rest of your meal. The wings are not frozen, but are better than the average pizza delivery. The chicken wings are good but we're overcooked. Everyone love SpongeBob, so that episode with "Pretty Patties," is a must. These are sliders that come in five different colors with all beef patties, cheese, pickle, and onion sprouts. The burgers are great for those hard eaters on the menu. I'm a big fan of the sit-down Sugar Factory location in downtown Chicago, so I was pleased to run across this stand-alone candy only location in the Vegas airport a few weeks ago when I was traveling for work. I came back here again today to get some gummies for the plane. They do have some individually packaged candies but they also have a lot of candies by weight, which is what I've done both times now. I'm usually pretty careful about how many gummies I put in the bag, and a small bag will run you about $5. Some of the sour gummies were among the favorites that I got today, and they also have chocolate-covered gummy bears, which were very good. Only reason I even dined here was because my friends young daughter wanted to celebrate her 10th bday here. Before eating I always wash my hands and normally I wouldn't post pictures of the restrooms but it seems like they never restock or clean theirs sooooo I'll add pics. No toilet covers on any of the stalls and all stalls had no toilet paper..... Ordered the artichoke dip as an appetizer and hands down was the nastiest tasting dip I've ever had. Not exaggerating it was really that bad. Ordered the hot Cheetos burger, which was not as bad as the rest of everything in this place. Really it's just a regular burger that 2 people can share because it's really huge! Also had a cosmo cocktail and it was waaaay too sweet but that's not something I should complain too much about since it is SUGAR factory. Server was ok, never refilled my water. This is their newest location at the McCarran Airport Terminal 1. It's so new that it doesn't even have a store sign yet. A few years back, they were known for their Couture Pops. They're the fancy lollipops on the jewel encrusted sticks. I couldn't find it on the strip. It was just my luck that I saw it here at the airport as I was catching my flight home. I decided on the Vegas edition. It has black, white, and red stones on it, with a die charm hanging on the bottom. The candy is refillable. After the initial purchase, you can select the flavor that you want, and just screw it onto the stick. The salesgirl was really nice and helpful. I found the stick that I wanted, but I didn't like creamy orange flavor of the candy that it came with. She was nice enough to swap it with the flavor that I wanted, which was apple. read more
