There's no reason the snack bar up here ought to be any good, but it's pretty good! The Americano chicken was hot, crispy, and tasted like real food. The root chips were a huge portion, not too salty, fairly priced, and more interesting than your standard bag of Lay's. I liked the look of the frozen lemonades but didn't want to invest the calories. There's a wide variety of cookies, ice cream flavors, etc. The staff member was capable and friendly. I wouldn't come here for the food, but if you're planning to come for the view, it's not crazy to plan to stay for lunch. On a weekday afternoon in April, there was plenty of seating of different kinds and we could choose which direction we wanted to face. We appreciated the free parking and reduced entry fee for Nevadans.

    GRILLED CHEESE

While exploring the top of the Stratosphere Tower, we stopped by the 108 Eats and enjoyed a delicious grilled cheese sandwich. The cheese-to-bread ratio was perfect, crispy, gooey, and satisfying. 108 Eats also offers a variety of other sandwiches, desserts, popcorn, and ice cream. It's a great place to stop for a quick snack while taking in the sights. We were lucky to grab a table with a beautiful view of downtown Vegas, which made the experience even better. I definitely recommend stopping here while visiting the top of the Stratosphere. We'll absolutely be back!

Hands down 108 Eats along with 108 Drinks are the best happy hour value on the strip. They are located on the 108th floor of the strat. You do need to pay admission to go up the tower but tell them you're going to happy hour and admission becomes half price. (We found out by accident that your ticket is valid the rest of the day until the tower closes. We ate, went to a show then came back to be awed by the lights of the strip and the glowing Sphere.) Happy hour is M-Th 3-7. To the food...108 Eats is small - not much bigger than a snack bar. You order at one end and pay at the other. What's surprising is the variety of food available - everything from sandwiches to frozen treats. There is a happy hour menu that among other offerings has a fruit and cheese plate as well as bacon wrapped dates for $10 a plate. The dates come with 2 skewers of 3 dates each wrapped in bacon and baked until crisp. They are so incredibly rich. I ate one and was only able to partially eat another. They were delicious if a bit decadent. Definitely worth a try if you've never had them. The cheese plate deserves a paragraph of it own. I couldn't make this plate myself for anywhere near $10. I can't remember how many different types of cheese there were plus fruit, honey and fresh crostini. We munched and munched and weren't able to finish. THIS was definitely the best happy hour deal on the strip. We had intended this to be a snack and we planned on eating after the show. In the end, the cheese plate was dinner. We didn't need anything else. Even with the cost of admission, the happy hour specials at 108 Eats are definitely worth it. Add the views from the observation deck and you have something that just can't be matched.

    CAPRESE

Food: * Caprese: it was pretty good. The bread had an interesting texture that I wasn't sure if I liked or didn't like. There were times where I'd bite into the sandwich and it felt cold or it had like a frozen taste, not sure what it was exactly. * Meatball sandwich: this sandwich was actually not bad. My husband had it and he ate the whole thing up. Both sandwiches were VERY filling. * Peanut butter cookie: I love peanut butter but the cookie I wasn't crazy about. I liked that it was a hug serving though, but I think I would get another cookie if I went back. * Root chips: these are what seem to be homemade sweet potato chips. They were really good, in my opinion. I enjoyed the crunch and thin chips. They had a good flavor. Service/ambiance: it was a small cafe, similar to a Starbucks. There was only one person running the cafe and she was KILLING IT! she was doing a great job so great job on her!

Restaurant on the 108th floor of the STRAT inside the observation deck. Food consists of sandwiches, ice cream and other desserts. I grabbed a drink at 108 Drinks - their observation deck bar. 108 Drinks has frozen and regular cocktails along with beer and wine. You can't beat the views of the Las Vegas Strip up this high. The STRAT itself stands 1,149 ft and is the tallest freestanding observation tower in the U.S. Admission is separate to go up to the top. I ordered a Drop Zone drink and spent a relaxing evening taking in the views of Vegas. It's a mix of banana whiskey, lemon juice, berries and ginger beer. Happy Hour is M-Th 3pm-7pm.

You'd expect to pay top dollar at the Top of the World however our drinks were top notch with a decent price and an amazing view.

Ordered three scoops of ice cream and the lady charged more for three scoops then to order a double and a single that made no sense and when I asked for a bowl she said no I have to charge you. A single is $5 and a double scoop is $8 I was charged $15 which makes absolutely no sense. The lady was rude too. As for what we ordered was raspberry sorbet it was slightly tart and sweet, chocolate was faint and creamy, white chocolate raspberry cheesecake was grainy and lacked that cheesecake flavor. They offer sandwiches and other snacks.

A great casual spot for lunch. Food was quick & tasty. It's almost like a diner so service was hard to rank but the lady behind the counter was nice. I Will definitely be back

Clean atmosphere! Fantastic view ! The Strat is phenomenal!! You can go on the rollercoaster , or just enjoy the view deck which I had too . It was my 30th birthday and seeing this was fantastic . Inside there was an ice cream shop and two cool bartenders that can whip anything up . Very clean and beautiful sights

We smelled the sweets from around the corner. If you're getting ice cream or cookies, get the ice cream sandwich! Best deal there! 2 cookies & basically 2 scoops for less than $10. It was so good.

Walked in at around 8:30/9pm and it was pretty dead. My friend and I were able to secure a booth, which felt intimate. It was ample space for 2 people but I can imagine if you had 4 people you'd feel squished. My friend ordered the Naked & Afraid and I ordered the Tropical Howler with vodka. Both of our cocktails were amazing and we'd order them again. If you like sweet cocktails, Tropical Howler is definitely for you. We both ordered a shot of the Mind Eraser, which had coffee liqueur I believe, I am not sure but you could taste the coffee and it was pretty good. Our bartender gave it to us with straws so you could probably sip it like a cocktail or take it like a shot. We liked the vibes in here due to its dark and intimate feel. We probably would have gotten a different vibe if we didn't have our own booth. I would come here again!

We were seated at the bar and had a nice time interacting with the cocktail craftsman/man in charge, Davey. The menu is his creative brainchild and changes a few times a year, with the current one based on the movie Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. There's a 90 minute limit and 2 drink minimum per guest. Because of the craft and attention to detail that goes into each cocktail, we finished our 2 drinks just about right at the 90 minute mark. I really enjoyed both of my cocktails but the one that stood out to me the most was Strange Medicine. It was reminiscent of a martini but with Brie-washed Old Bison vodka, Cocchi Americano, and herb oil. It was so good that I wasn't sure what drink to choose next, but Davey was helpful with a great recommendation for another cocktail served with a chunk of parmesan cheese on top. Keep in mind that you're paying for the experience and the level of craft. So with a 2 drink minimum it won't be a cheap experience but it's definitely something worth checking out for the unique, creative cocktails.

Pro: Fear and Loathing menu, updated furniture, yummy drinks…read more Con: Not the previous Laundry Room you remembered, glorified tourist trap, lack of atmosphere control. Slow drink service. The Laundry Room is dead, long live the Laundry Room. The remodel that took place during Jan to May 2026 saw a wide amount of change from Corner Management, the mother company of LR. They got rid of the absolute corner stone of the lead bartender, Anthony, and redecorated the place to look more like the sister bar, Doberman Drawing Room (5 Stars). The remodel was absolutely needed, as the regulars and Dean's List could point out, the place was kind of falling apart. From water warped bar top, uncomfortable chairs, and chipped paint/worned carpet, you would think this place WAS left over from the Prohibition era. What sets this establishment apart from any of the pretend speakeasy on the strip is the atmosphere. At any given time, you could cram 16 people there at a time, even with the reduced drinking time cut from 2 hours to 90 minutes, this place could only cycle thru 50 to 60 people from the reduced nightly opening of 4 hours from 6 hours previously. This make LR special, not some faux speakeasy in Cosmo or Resort World that could jam in 80 people per hour with room to spare. Gone is the rugged identity of the old laundry room for El Cortez, this is spiced up, every square inch of the wall is covered with some art piece, very much different from the Depression era decor. Some art selection are just straight up chaos from the management, the main cherub piece behind the bar is just insanity. The new master of house, Davey, showed skills with his new 14 drink menu, but fell short of what made LR great in the past 14 years. Now, the man had just two months to create his drink list and per himself, had to start from the scratch from when he took over.. So, with that said, let's focus on the drinks. Hemingway Dalguiri, Dust + Ether, and High Noon Static - all great in taste, presentation, and talent, abet we can see the hesitation when making his own drinks, thus slowing down service by quite a bit. My party saw him struggle making 6 drinks at once, 4 of them the same drinks. Recommendation from someone else, maybe record the drink making process and try to eliminate non productive habits and motions via video viewing. Since Davey is a visionary, looking in the past is a deal breaker for him. If you are trying to finish up a previous menu for the Dean's List, the joke is on you, that is a no. Where the hostess (the only person that survived the purge from the remodel) explained to him that exception needs to happen to keep the Dean's List going, the answer was a no since no one at management told him about this. When asked about what will the new requirements will be for the future, it's simple, finish the menu before it's replaced with no chance of catching up. Once a menu is done, it's done. I guess it's easier to keep the drinks under control with less ingrediencies needed behind the bar, but wait a minute... drink number 15, Research and Development, that should give Davey some leeway to non menu drinks right? Turns out, not so much. Sidecar- cognac, orange liqueur, lemon juice. Simple right? He leaves the room to get something from Commonwealth... didn't management installed a new fridge to hold the larger ice cubes, where previous bar keep have to venture out all the time? Turns out, there was no Cognac or any Brandy in the Laundry Room. I can see how things are shaped, strict bottle control is for the benefit of the bar, not for the customer. There is now Vodka, foam, and milk wash but lost Cognac or Brandy, but besides the freedom of choices were also compounded with complete lack of rules. For the last 14 years, the hostess and bar staff on rotation were friendly yet firm about house rules. First given upon entering the secret or window doors, then by the bartender after an aperitif is given (now eliminated). No photo, religion, politic, standing at the bar, name dropping, brawling, telephone calls, PDA, and smoking, plus don't be creepy, be patient, and know your limit. Most of these were not enforced the first 2 times my party of regulars have visited since the remodel. The cardinal sin of allowing one single 4 top to seat 2 people at a time is just wild. But hey, no rules are listed on the new simple menu and none giving at the door or at the seats. So what is this place now? 20 to 23 dollars for a drink plus more for popcorn. All for the experience of being in a noise warfare between Commonwealth and La Mona Rosa's speaker systems, with LR's own music turned up high, and the piano only used one night of the week. I would recommend Doberman Drawing Room as of now for better drinks options, less noise, and vibe. The new menu to replace Fear and Laundry will come out this Fall, will be bring some regulars with me to check on LR again and hopefully give more than 2 stars on the next review.

As someone who loves all things quirky and unusual, The Golden Tiki has always been right up my alley. When a friend came into town and wanted to celebrate her boyfriend's birthday, I thought it would be the perfect place to kick off our evening. I was able to make an online reservation just a couple of days in advance, which was quick and painless. What I didn't realize was that they offer a weekday happy hour and live music! We were seated in "Bull***t Corner," which turned out to be the perfect spot. We had a great view of both the bar and the entertainment, making for a lively and entertaining atmosphere. Also, can't forget to mention the service. The hosts were fun but our actual server was absolutely hysterical and fit right in with the fun. She kept us laughing throughout our visit, while also being incredibly attentive. Despite the busy atmosphere, she made sure our drinks were flowing, checked on us regularly, and made sure everything was taken care of. It's not often you find someone who can be both entertaining and genuinely great at their job, but she pulled it off effortlessly. Our guests were genuinely impressed, and everyone had a fantastic time. The drinks were excellent as always--I honestly don't think I've ever had a bad cocktail here. I haven't had the chance to try their food yet, and we decided to stick with a few drinks since we already had dinner reservations elsewhere, but after this visit, I definitely plan on coming back on a weeknight to order from the food menu. If you're looking for a fun, unique Vegas experience with great drinks, and plenty of personality, The Golden Tiki is always a solid choice.

The experience comes with some complimentary bar snacks and then some complimentary mini jello shots on the way out. The check is presented in an exquisite "Vault" Type of book. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would return again in the future. Expect drink prices to range from about $30 to $70, with some even higher for the "market price" drinks.
