To my followers, Sorry for all of terrible reviews I've written. Maybe I'm in a bad mood, or maybe every business on S Las Vegas Blvd is pulling a sick prank on me. M&m is more like no&absolutely not. I can go to any dollar tree and get m&m for a $1.25.. however, I can go to m&m World and get m&m for $30. Additionally, the bathrooms were closed. There are huge signs outside of the bathrooms that have their "cleaning schedule." This schedule says that the bathrooms are closed for an HOUR during each cleaning, (which are all during peak hours of course) and totaling 3 hours throughout the day. The store is opened for 14 hours a day. 3/14x100 is 20%. The bathrooms are closed for 20% of the store's operation times. I'm NOT GOING BACK. Actually I am. It was $1.69 for an ounce of M&Ms. (this totstled about to about 13 M&Ms.) read more

It's such a fun spot to shop at. This store has 4 levels with something new on each level. There is a lot of information about M&M's located on each floor. Create your own, all colors to choose from, pillows, clothing, specialty chocolates, even the M&M's race car, plus so much more. Something for everyone in the family! Oh my goodness there's so many colors inside here, I love it! One of three brand-based places I visited along the New York-New York portion of the Las Vegas Strip included here, and it was convenient to do so since I just came out of the Coca-Cola building with friends and family on a hot Thursday noon. Once you get past all the unrelated mascots hovering the sides of the front entrance, you get to see two big M&Ms statues on the sides. Inside is four floors of different things, with labels for each floor near the escalators. Every once in a while there are life-sized statues of the different colors of M&Ms that you can take photo ops with, though on a sunny day like for this visit the yellow M&M is not an ideal place for a photo unless you like the sunlight interfering with the lighting of your photo. The first floor has mostly souvenirs of each of the colors of M&Ms. The second floor has my favorite part: their humongous chocolate wall full of all kinds of M&Ms and dispensers for each. It's so aesthetically pleasing to look at, and you can grab them by the pound too! There's also a ton of M&Ms minis here too though they're not part of the chocolate wall. The third floor has an area where you can create your own M&Ms though I passed on this since the line to make them got way too long. It also includes a ton of baking accessories lined up on the shelves. The fourth floor has Ethel M chocolate along with restrooms and a bridge to a nearby garage. Most of our time was spent on the second floor because we wanted to get some M&Ms to try. We got an assortment of M&Ms ranging from lemon meringue pie, caramel, pretzel and other flavors we don't commonly see when we get M&Ms. All of them were pretty tasty, though the lemon meringue was collectively our most favorite. I got tempted to get one of their many candy dispensers and even some M&Ms minis for myself but decided against it. Second time visiting this place. Very interesting. Many things to look at. Many things to purchase. Many photo ops. Pricey. Found some stuff on sale which was great. Service was fine. The ambiance was good. Crowded because all the people so kind of cramped. I don't know about parking. Another must stop adventure on my Las Vegas (LV) strip getaway was the M&M's World. I stayed nearby so it was an easy few minutes walk from hotel to here. Cool! First and formost, I love chocolates! Perfect spot for me to get my indulgence in place for my sweet tooth. Perfectly situated in the Showcase Mall between MGM Grand Hotel and Coca-Cola-Store. It was indeed a paradise of color, flavor, and excitement with interactive opportunities for an up-close look at your favorite M&M characters. Tons of photo ops with your favorite color for sure. I spent about an hour or so checking out the colorful merchandises and souvenirs on all 4 floors. Many playful treats and exclusive gifts that you can bring home to remember your unforgettable visit. Parking is available at Showcase Mall Parking Garage for a daily charge. 1st Floor = M&M's character crew and branded apparel 2nd Floor = Famous 125-cylinder chocolate wall and merchandise 3rd Floor = Personalized printer to create custom M&M's 4th Floor = Ethel M Chocolate brand and special displays (NASCAR car is on this floor) What I love most about my visit was going through the vibrant candy dispensers and picking out all my favorite colors and flavors. So fun and delightful at the end because I get to have the chocolates "melt in my mouth, not in my hands". Yes, I brought home a couple nicely designed cups full of M&Ms. They do cost more than the bag because you're getting the cup as a souvenir. You can pack as many M&Ms as you can in the cup. I packed them really good where the top M&Ms got cracked LOL. All good... I still ate them. It's a nice keepsake after all the chocolates are gone and they are gone. This store was super fun and colorful. They have so much different m&m merch and lots of fun themed things for the different colors. They have the iconic wall of m&ms. The associate helping us get different flavors was super nice. I tried the peanut butter and jelly and the caramel cold brew. I actually really liked both. I was a little surprised by the prices here. They were definitely on the higher end. It's a fun walk through for sure, and I loved seeing all the different flavors and how the colors were organized. read more

This colorful 28,000 square foot, four-level monument was the first of its kind and continues to be a staple in Vegas for many visitors! The vibe is high-energy, colorful and vibrant! The store features a massive, floor-to-ceiling color wall with thousands of milk, peanut, and specialty M&M's. But the real highlight was a replica of Kyle Busch's #18 M&M'S sponsored NASCAR! We went here tonight. It was less busy at 9pm. Both of the kids want their own customized M&m. The process was pretty smooth. All we did was scan the Qr code and upload a picture each. Then paid and the kids picked their color selections. it took about 8 minutes with the printing process and the staff called their names for pick up. Such an easy process for them. read more

This is one of those classic Vegas stops you check out at least once during your trip. It's colorful, fun, and honestly a pretty entertaining place to walk through. The Highlights & Lowlights: - Customization Floor: A cool concept in theory, but we were disappointed to find that you can only customize white M&Ms. You can't change the actual candy color, which felt like a missed opportunity. - The M&M Wall: It's visually great and offers a massive variety of standard flavors (Milk, Dark, Peanut) in custom colors, you can pay for by the pound. - Unique Flavors: Be careful here--most of the "unique" options we tried were misses. The Cold Brew flavor had a strange, jelly-bean-like texture and tasted terrible, while the Cherry flavor reminded us of medicine. Also so expensive. Verdict: It's a fun spot to walk through with kids once, but it isn't a necessary stop on every trip. read more

My 5-year-old daughter urgently needed to use the restroom while we were filling our candy bag on the second floor. One of the staff members, Nancy, saw that we were in a hurry and kindly told me to go to the fourth floor to find help. We took the elevator to the fourth floor, but both restrooms were closed. My daughter said, "Mom, I can't hold it!" I quickly ran to the cashier and asked for assistance, explaining, "Can we use the restroom? Both are closed, and my daughter can't wait." A boy behind the counter was busy with another customer, but he is nicetell me can go to back and find someone help I took my daughter to the staff area, hoping to borrow a restroom. Unfortunately, an older lady walked by and informed us that the restroom was closed for cleaning, even after I explained that my daughter couldn't wait and would end up having an accident on their floor she still leave away Finally, a nice staff member named Jocelyn came to our rescue and helped us gain access to the staff-only restroom. A favorite store of mine. Went to check it out. Strong smell of chocolate. Lots of photo opportunities throughout the store. Who doesn't want to take photos with the M&M characters? And the iconic Las Vegas sign photo op is cool. 4 levels of fun. The top floor is Ethel M Chocolates. You can customize your M&M's as well. There are items made by women in underprivileged communities. These upcycled products provide job opportunities for these women. I'm happy to support the MITZ program. Store associates seem nice. Take a photo with the M&M car. Watch a M&M 3D movie. Buy some candy and gift items. It's always a good visit. read more

As we came on black Friday, there was a ton of shoppers. You have 4 floors to rummage through and a wall full of M&M flavors, colors and nuts to choose from. Go on up to the 3rd floor and you can create your own M&Ms with your face on it, use their camera or upload your own. The staff is informative about keeping you updated on the wait time for designing your own M&Ms, when we first got there it was 1hour... we can back and it went down to 20min... my father-in-law and sister-in-law ended up getting some M&Ms printed. Staff was helpful in making sure the picture would come out, by informing to use white wall. In April 2025, my husband and son did their faces, as it is a maximum of 2, plus you can choose the back that you want or add text. This place has not just candy but clothing, towels, dispensers and other souvenirs perfect for any M&M lover. Since it was black Friday they had $10 bags and $5 blankets. A fun store that I've been to in a couple other places, including New York City. This one did not disappoint four floors of all things M& M's. Obviously, tons of candies, but also a race car and clothes, housewares, collectibles. A full wall of select your own Eminem colors and make your own Eminem mix with plain and peanut as well as a few others to try. Everything in here was very very expensive, but since it is a tourist spot and they know tourists are coming through and taking them home to their families that's to be expected. I think this spot is very similar to Hershey World in the sense of a great spot for children and those of all ages. This store actually being larger even though with what felt like floor after floor with each offering something different. Overall another spot I viewed as a fun spot to browse and look around with my wife with no intention of buying anything. They have so much merch of all the classic M&M colors of shirts, hats, and more. They have every color and flavor of M&M you could think of and can buy by weight. The issues are similar with prices being inflated compared to normal prices and a reason I felt no need to buy anything. Worth making a trip here for checking it all out and maybe grab your kids some special M&Ms but check the prices so you aren't too shocked! read more
