I had the Reeses peanut butter chocolate shake and it was delicious. The peanut butter had the same grainy texture that you get from an actual Reeses peanut butter cup. It even came with a peanut butter cup in it. Prices are quite high but that's to be expected at a tourist destination. read more

I came to this location just for the giant and famous s'mores. It was toasted infront of me and you can select from Hershey's, Reese's, Kit Kat, and cookies n cream flavors. I was in chocolate heaven for about 3 minutes before it was completely devoured. The Hershey store is very large and there are two floors of every kind of treat you can imagine. It was fun venturing into the Hershey store. There are two levels, although we only went around the first floor. We were in search of the Hershey Golden Almond Bar in which we did not find. Came here for some giant s'mores chocolate. The whole Hersheys store is huge! Two stories and has everything Hersheys! And also some ice cream and more. Not anywhere you can sit and enjoy a dessert but there's a food court near by. The store is just wonderfully decorated chocolate everything! The s'mores area is a little s'mores cart right outside the top floor of the Hersheys store itself. I ordered and asked the server not to close the two halves. But you can also have them close it for you as well. The s'mores is delicious and huge! I mean huge! I can't eat it all in one sitting but it's also really good next day. You can choose from a variety of chocolates, including classic Hershey's, Kit Kat, Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, and Cookies & Cream Hershey's. Let me just say that the chocolate bar inside NYNY (go through the chocolate shop toward the casino) is one of my favorite spots in Vegas. You can order a cocktail to sip there or to-go. When my family and I were visiting Vegas for a concert on Memorial Day weekend, we knew we wanted to hit up the Hershey's store (cause how could you not?), but we did not know we were going to see a beautiful display case filled with amazing looking cookies and other pastries. When I tell you we spent an ungodly amount of time debating what to get... it was not our proudest of moments lol. We're a cheap family, so we were not about to drop $20+ on dessert, but we still wanted to try something. After much debate, we ordered the peanut butter cup cookie and the cookies and cream cookie. It was kind of weird how we ordered with a friendly young woman, but we had to get in line with other random people buying actual merch, not just ordering sweets at the counter. Thankfully, it was a short line that moved quickly, otherwise we'd have been waiting to break into the cookies for a while. Just a side note: there's a good chance you'll be getting the product in the display case. Be warned. We found a quiet corner of the store and immediately got out the peanut butter cookie. It definitely was peanut butter forward (obviously) but it was a little crunchier than I would've liked. It was a cookie in the display case so what do you really expect from that? The best bite was the whole Reese's cup baked in the middle. The rest was just a standard peanut butter cookie. The cookies and cream was a little bit better in terms of a softer, more moist cookie. It tasted just like an Oreo cookie, and the white chocolate drizzle on the top made it a very pleasing cookie to look at. I'm not the biggest chocolate/oreo fan, so one bite was enough for me, but everyone else in my family preferred this cookie over the peanut butter one. Overall, it was fun to try, and we appreciated how big the cookies were, but the quality and price wasn't it. read more

We were walking along the Strip when we saw an advertisement for their Oreo and peanut butter milkshake, which immediately reminded me of the peanut butter shakes I used to get at Sheetz back in Pennsylvania, so we decided to give it a try. The store itself was honestly a bit underwhelming, mostly filled with branded merchandise and not nearly as interesting as the Hershey attractions we've visited back in PA. The milkshake, though, tasted pretty good, the peanut butter and Oreo worked well together, and it was thick and creamy. Unfortunately, it was also extremely sweet. Being my favorite out of the three brand-based places I visited on the New York-New York area of the Las Vegas Strip, I just had to do a review here too! On a hot-without-any-humidity Thursday noon I saw this place right after coming out of M&M's World. My friends and I walked through the overpass going over S Las Vegas Blvd just to reach here, and we ended up coming in through the 2nd floor, which has mostly Hershey's merch from what I remember. I say this because I more vividly remember the 1st floor, which has all the chocolate. There's Hershey's, Twizzlers, M&Ms, Reeses and some other brands of chocolate strewn all around the floor, whether it's on display or up at the bakery and what looked like a smoothie/drink area. My favorite was the Hershey's Kisses wall, one that looks awfully similar to the chocolate wall at M&M's World. There's tons of flavors of Kisses you can grab here by pulling down on a nearby lever to dispense the flavor of Kisses you want. You pay for these by the pound, and I seriously overestimated how much I got; I paid for less than half a pound at the end. No word on service besides those at the counter when I paid for some Kisses. I got an assortment of flavors of Kisses including butterbeer, cookies 'n' creme, hot cocoa, special dark chocolate, strawberry ice cream cone and milk chocolate meltaway. My favorites were the dark chocolate and cookies 'n' creme since both are my favorite flavors to begin with. Their dark chocolate is rich and strong, and the cookies 'n' creme was crunchy inside. The milk chocolate meltaway is essentially a Lindt truffle but in Hershey's Kisses format; the inside has a layer that melts in your mouth. Hot cocoa was all right, and strawberry ice cream cone and butterbeer were a little too sweet for my liking. This place might be the one I come back for just to have some chocolates while I'm perusing the many other stores on the Strip I haven't been to! read more

Came here for the smores. You get to select from a list of Hershey's chocolates and they pop it in an oven with the graham cracker and marshmallow to get it all melty. The smore is large! mister and I split and yet still couldn't finish. Didn't care for the graham cracker. It was a thick solid piece that didn't have much flavor. After my mom and I visited the Bellagio Conservatory (Summer display), we decided to explore the Las Vegas Strip, starting at the Cosmopolitan and walking up to NY NY. The Hershey's Chocolate World is located inside the New York New York Hotel & Casino. You can enter it from the Las Vegas strip though! The Hershey's Chocolate World Las Vegas has two stories! It's one of the largest stores on the west coast in the US. It originally opened in June 2014 in Las Vegas. Entering the store is free, and it's usually open from 9:00 A.M to 12:00 A.M daily, sometimes extending to 1:00 A.M. This Hershey's store has over 800 Hershey's themed products. You'll find a lot of different merchandise from Hershey's chocolate bars, chocolate kisses, Reese's and even limited edition and exclusion offerings that you would only find in the Las Vegas store. While my mom and I were visiting, we found this huge Hershey's chocolate bar that was for $50.00! It was extremely large! There are candy dispensers located inside the shop where you can fill your bag with assorted candies. The cost is by weight. There is also a bake shop on the first level where you can get cookies, brownie's, s'mores, and milkshakes! I ended up getting the chocolate milkshake after eating at the America restaurant in the NY NY Hotel & Casino. There are some photo ops inside the Hershey's Chocolate World. There is a large chocolate sculpture of the statue of liberty on the first floor. On the second floor, there is another sculpture made out of Twizzler Twists! This was my first time inside the Hershey's Chocolate World! It's a really cool place to visit. There was a lot of apparel and memorabilia inside the store too! The team members that my mom and I talked to were friendly and helpful! If you're near the area, I'd highly recommend stopping by the Hershey's Chocolate World. Horrible Experience: Staff Intimidated My 3-Year-Old I am beyond disgusted by how my family was treated here today (6/24/26 at 6:15 PM). An older, large white female employee aggressively confronted my 3-year-old son. She bent down, got directly into his face, and yelled, "DON'T DO THAT!"Her excuse? She accused him of throwing a small candy bar on the floor. I was standing right there and completely shocked. My son immediately told me the candy bar was already on the floor when he got there.Regardless of where the candy bar came from, there is absolutely no excuse for an adult employee to corner and scream at a toddler. If you hate children, you should not be working in a candy store that deliberately attracts families. Her miserable attitude completely ruined our day out. We will never step foot in this store again and are boycotting Hershey products entirely. Parents, keep your children away from this staff member. read more

This is a fun store for chocolate-lovers and of course fans of Hershey's candy. It's a two-story shop located inside the New York New York Hotel. If you enter from the casino on the first floor, there's a "chocolate bar" out front where you can sit and sip on chocolate beverages or if you enter on the second floor they have a s'mores station. Inside the store the walls are lined with all kinds of candies for purchase and Hershey's themed merchandise. Most things are overpriced but you're paying for the novelty and it's Vegas. I found some reasonably priced Reese's in a PB&J flavor ($2.49) that I hadn't seen before. A cool thing that you can do here is create your own customized candy bar wrapper. There's an area where you can design it yourself and even add a photo. If you happen to be in the area it's worth stopping by if you have a sweet tooth or to pick up some gifts. The M&M and Coca-Cola stores are also a short walk from here. read more

I have returned after 8 years and it felt very much the same with prices now being even higher (like everything in the world). This along with the Coca-Cola and the M&M store all being within reasonable distance are great spots for those with kids to visit. Cause what kids are gonna complain about multi-level chocolate store? Obviously as you may see many people even without kids will be walking the strip with Hershey bags. This was a revisit for me and basically a stop to show my wife the true size of this place and the craziness that can be found inside. Imagine stuff made by Hershey and turn it up to a higher level and that's what you'll find! A large variety of merch can also be found if that's something that interests you as well. I got the Reese's Milkshake which was greatly overpriced-it just tasted like Reese's blended with vanilla ice cream-which makes sense, but it was not worth the price. I think it's worth it for me because of the experience, but for the quality of the product itself-no. I also got to try a bite of my friend's brownies which was pretty dry as well.
