They filled the ice creams to the brim, like too much to the point they all overflowed immediately when handed to us in the heat, and melted everywhere, creating a really sticky mess. Rita's is located in a cute little strip mall in a convenient location and the service was impeccable. I took my little cousin and she ordered the mango ice and vanilla custard gelati. I had the Swedish fish and blue raspberry ice. The Swedish fish tasted exactly like the candy while I enjoyed the blue raspberry it wasn't as tart as I thought it would be. That's not a bad thing though! The gelati was also excellent. I highly recommend trying Rita's- it's not your average snow cone or Italian ice. I can't wait to go back!

Stick to fruit flavors, its been the best bet. Also, rita's is diabetic friendly! They have sugar free Italian ice flavors that rotate often. You can slightly tell it's not real sugar but it beats not having any at all. My favorite sugar free flavor is definitely dragonfruit. I wish they'd have 2 sugar free flavors available at a time but it's usually just one. For regular flavors, go for watermelon and mango...its definitely the real stuff because sometimes you get fresh bits of fruit in your ice! The custard reminds me of frozen cool whip. It's an interesting texture feel on the palate. It's not everyone's cup of tea but it's worth trying! My favorite thing to do is to get it layered into an Italian ice, best of both worlds! Be mindful it's window service only, has a few tables out but most just stand and enjoy their treats in little group huddles. I've seen families sit at the back of the car trunks too. Staff is friendly and quick. No bathrooms but there's a Cumberland farms across the street if you need one. Lines move fast so don't let that be the reason why you don't try it!
