Sugar Paws is a very cute shop, I loved the decor inside. Parking is very easy as they have a large parking lot in the plaza. I like the fruit teas here. The milk tea has been very average though. They have a lot of options so im excited to try their other flavors. The service has always been good! They answer any questions you have with patience and you can also order at the kiosk if you choose as well.

Sugar Paws Tea was a really cute store with great boba. The service was fast and everyone was very friendly. The seasonal flavors that I tried were amazing! The milk and fruit teas are always a safe bet, however, the sparkling drinks were also a great experience with crystal boba. The store has some unique seating choices and would definitely go again!

I was in the area and was intrigued to check this place out as many pictures showed up on news search of cute little cat and dog theming. It is a bit out of the way next to Home Depot, but there are plenty of parking spots for you to check out. Upon entering you are greeted by friendly staff , a clean and cute environment, and tons of cute paw shaped seating. They have a nice variety of teas to choose from along with a glass case full of sweets. The staff was really helpful and patient when allowing us to look at the menu and once we ordered they made sure to get all of the details. Everything is priced as a normal tea shop would be priced and they were quick to have everything ready. I got a Thai milk tea, strawberry cat paw mousse, and a taro tea. All were delicious, fresh and made to our liking. Overall this place is really cute, theming is on par, staff were great and drinks also amazing. I will for sure be back again.

Noticing that there was a new boba shop near where our usual stomping grounds are, I decided to check this place out. Sugar Paws Tea is decked out with cute cushioned seatings with everything related to paws. I got the Jasmine Raspberry Tea and it wasn't bad. To order, you have the option to either order it yourself using a self-service kiosk, or wait and ask staff that are behind but I found that it's probably best to just use the kiosk. Overall, this spot is definitely nice as far as the way it's designed and of course everything for the IG right? The chairs are purely there for aesthetics though. The drinks were good, I never got to try the boba, but I have found myself exploring more just teas nowadays.

Super cute boba/dessert shop in Johns Creek! It's fairly quiet and a good spot to catch up with friends. They have a fair variety of options customizing to any need. The cat and dog flavors are strawberry and chocolate. We got the sugar paws fruit tea with regular sugar which is needed for the drink, the brown sugar boba 50% sugar which I would recommend & the cat mousse which honestly tasted like cheese and was overpriced. I would say to get the drinks over the mousse. They do have food and some of the reviews are promising so might have to come back for that. This is a cute place for any cat or dog lovers!

The shop is in the plaza so there's plenty of parking. The decor is very cute with plenty of paw shape chairs. The place is clean and cute with plenty of seats. Service is fast and friendly. They have machine order instore, or you can simply order at the cashier if you prefer direct ordering and interacting with human like me. I think the kiosk order, which is good store feature will be beneficial for people who prefer self-ordering. I like it that they offer both options. Some store nowadays only allows kiosk order and then you must pay at cashier which is kind odd and inconvenient in some way. They have some desserts too such as pudding, jelly, and mousse. The moose is also in paw shape (as showed in one of the photos). I like it that the dessert portion is small. We had the chocolate, mousse, brown sugar pudding, and sugar paw milk tea. Though we keep 100% of the sugar level, the drink seems a bit bland to us. But the cup lid with cat ear shape and the paw powder on top of the foam is super cute. Next time we will try the brown sugar milk tea to see if it gets any sweeter. All in all, highly recommended!

A great spot for some tea! Everything about this place was so cute! It's nice and clean here and the staff was incredibly nice. I got the strawberry lychee tea and it was so good! Sweet but refreshing. I can't wait to come back here!

The store has a cute concept, but the paw chairs weren't the most comfortable. We came here on a Saturday afternoon. There was a high volume of customers, and only 1 staff member. So understandable, the service was a bit slow. Use the kiosk to order so that staff can focus on making drinks. I enjoyed my strawberry lychee ice tea. The fresh fruit was refreshing. The boba isn't the strong point here. So I would not go with the tapioca based toppings.

So I bought two drinks on the Uber app. UberEats (Delivery #32 at 8:17 pm, August 23rd, 2024) to be exact. My delivery person was friendly and took care of my drink order. I'm just upset that my drink wasn't tasty at all. Whoever made my drink needs to be trained at making drinks again! Here's my order, oh and by the way, my mom really enjoyed her drink. Thank, Buddha, gods, Jesus.. whatever you believe in!!! My mom's drink: Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Medium ($7.13) | Less Ice (oh and if you decide to get no ice in your beverage it's gonna cost you a dollar more which I think is sooooo ridiculous) | 50% sugar | Red Bean and Bubble (boba) toppings What I ordered: Thai Milk Tea Large ($6.13) | Lactose-Free Milk | Less Ice | 50% sugar | Tapioca (Sago) | Bubble (boba) | Aloe Vera OMG OMG OMG!! Guys, guys, guys!!! DO NOT GET THE ALOE VERA (not sorry for the caps, because I'm very expressive)!!! I thought it was fresh aloe vera but it was super sweet and tasted like it came out from a can! Also, I wanted half FIFTY PERCENT SUGAR in my Thai Milk Tea. This tasted like watered-down Thai Milk Tea with NO SUGAR!!! I felt like I got scammed!! Yea... so I'm NEVER ordering this drink!!! Not worth it!!! I've tried Thai Milk Tea at 25% sugar and it was tastier than this... whatever this drink is. Also, the boba was clumped together. The only good thing was the sago. I'm not sure if I'll order anything from this place, again. Ugh. Another thing I didn't like was they charge for everything! You can add up to 10 toppings BUT they cost $1.30 each!!! Ridiculous, right? Other places don't charge (or the places I've been to). But that was before Covid hit... eeew, are they all charging for toppings now? If they are, then I'll make my own. The inflation is ridiculous. Ok, I'm done, everyone! Thanks for reading til the end!!

Sugar Paws Tea is an enjoyable spot to get a variety of drinks in a casual and cute atmosphere. The interior is well lit with some novelty chairs and a friendly, caring staff. My girlfriend loves to treat herself to the different milk teas there and they put a little more effort into their "brand" than other spots nearby. (See picture of the paw stencil on the drink). While the prices are occasionally increasing, the distinction between Sugar Paws and other tea places leave us wanting to come back. In its entirety, it's a great spot to hang out and they make enjoyable drinks. It's also nearby other restaurants, etc so it can be a great option for dessert if you're in the area. The only drawback is the exterior lot isn't very well lit up at night so I'd recommend going while it's still bright out. However, I expect this to be remedied at some point.

Hidden gem in Johns creek! Really cute ambiance. Fun place to take small kids. Drinks come in two sizes (Medium,Large). Some of them come with boba. Do check before adding extra boba as there is an additional charge. The drinks have really good description in the kiosk machine. They have all sort of boba drinks (slush, milk teas, fruit teas, sago drinks, smoothies & sparkling). You can adjust ice and sugar levels. It took a long time for our drinks to prepare. But so worth the wait. You could tell they are made to perfection. Not overly sweet and boba taste chewy and fresh. Prices vary by drink ($5 to $8). Plenty of parking. Service could improve. Its awkward that the staff didn't engage with customers (shame as it has great potential). No greeting when one enters, no eta while you wait for drinks, no bag offered to take drinks,no thank you and i could go on. Hope the service improves

This was an okay place considering the location isn't the best. It's sorta in the back of a plaza. There are many options and the setting looks aesthetic. The boba it self was mid. The flavors are good as in options and variety. I got the crème brûlée drink was one of my favorite but the boba wasn't as good as other places. The service was good the employees were attentive and helpful. I went later in the day so the place was pretty empty. I would go again if it was convenient to me place wise but other people than that it, it was a place to go once at least.

Cute place! You can place your order at the cashier or at a kiosk. The drinks were not that great (Thai tea, taro milk tea), except for the brown sugar milk tea.

The person who answered stated they couldn't book the reservation themselves but assured him someone would call back shortly to confirm. Unfortunately, no one ever called back. After that, no one answered the phone for the rest of Tuesday, Wednesday, or most of Thursday. When he finally reached someone right before closing on Thursday, he was told they were completely booked. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing due to the lack of communication and follow-up. We understand places get busy, but not returning calls and then suddenly being fully booked after initially confirming availability is poor customer service. Their reservation system also clearly needs improvement. An online reservation model would make much more sense because the current phone-based process is not working effectively. Although I've enjoyed tea here on a couple of different occasions, the experience is not astonishing enough to return after this reservation experience.

We finally got reservations for an Afternoon High tea experience. I love supporting local small businesses, especially small black owned businesses. I have some amazing things to say about this business and some MAJOR critiques. I want this business a chance to do better. The main theme of disappointed I see in the reviews was the lack of service, and we definitely experienced that first had. I totally understand the servers being young teenage girls, but wow we really had to exercise patients with them. The servers did not want to be there nor Work at all. They looked at us like they couldn't wait to go home. My group had 7 women and 2 kids so we got 4 tea pots in total, 2 Tea towers, all our own hot plate. We never got the complimentary ginger juice sample. I completely understand the concept of reservation, and keeping our time slot in mind. That being said I really did not like that our servers kind of made us wait a lot, I felt like we really wasted about 30 minutes just getting our teas. I did not appreciate the server giving my aunt attitude when the wrong Tea was booked. This is why I said triple check your reservation, because just trying to change to High tea was irritating of arguing back and forth. Mam, We understand that the High Tea cost more, we will pay the $10 difference. It was as if the servers were scared we weren't going to pay for it, or they did not want to prepare the hot plates being it was more work for them. I liked that they had an extensive Tea selection. Unfortunately they were pretty much out of more than half of the teas we wanted to try. Each person in our group had one tea that we absolutely loved, and then hated the rest. The yellow text on the menu is caffeinated tea and the blue text on the menu is non-caffeinated tea. I did not like that we had to BEG for milk and sugar. When it finally came, she brought the TINIEST vessel of milk to share between 9 people, it was a serving for one person at best. I felt like a broken record at the end of the experience having to constantly ask for things. We weren't trying to be difficult, but the service was absolutely trash. They never brought us our last tea pot because there was only 20 minutes left in our reservation. Mam we asked for the pot 30 minutes prior, making it a total of 50 minutes. We had plenty of time for our last pot. You guys literally did not want to work that day. The tea tower was very cute, and I liked how there were plenty of foods on there. I just wished the server didn't half ass explain what was on there, we didn't know what item was what . Imagine my surprise eating the Coronation Chicken finger sandwich had grapes in it. It honestly was very good, a curry chicken flavor. There were 5 different finger sandwiches. Chicken Coronation(should be curry chicken), cucumber, Egg Salad, Salmon lox, and Pimento cheese. The Scones were amazing & soft. As for the desserts, we didn't know what was what either, and it seemed like our two tea towers had slightly different desserts. The hot plate was mid at best. It did come literally Hot, but it did not come all at once. My Quiche went cold by the time everyone else got their food. The server forgot to take my order and told me I ordered the Quiche. I guess that was fine too....? They ran out of Gouda for the Turkey croissant anyways. I asked the server for salad dressing for my sliver of lettuce. The server said "oh its on there & left". When the other finally plates came, my salad was the only one dry as hell. They forgot to put dressing on mine and gaslight me. They only had 3 Hot plate options this day, because they ran out of everything else. We came on a Saturday, it is prime service time. How do you not prepare for this?? Especially when we were the first group of people there! The room we got was cute, but very very Tight. There was a huge dresser in the room that took up a bit of space. The King Charles cut out almost gave us a heart attack. It was hiding & creeping in the background. While we had the room to ourselves, the servers didnt close our room. We were right across from the toilet, We could still see the other guests. The tea cups and plates were all so cute! I just wished they gave us an extra fork for the Hot plate, bc using the same fork for cake on Quiche is wild. We all wanted to try the different teas, but we had to chug each cup before we can try a different flavor. If not change the cups for each pot, I was tasting the basil flavor from Earl grey in the hibiscus tea. If we had better service I think our experience would have been a 10 out of 10. The venue is beautiful, and the food was very good. Tea could use some work, theres not a lot of space. We all had fun, I appreciate my aunt for including me in this.
